This was our first time booking an apartment instead of a hotel with Booking.com, so we were apprehensive at first. However, we were pleasantly surprised when we arrived. The neighborhood was quiet for the most part, well-kept, and clean. Our apartment was spacious, very clean, and had plenty of sleeping space for our family of six. It was tastefully decorated, and we were provided with sufficient amenities, such as water, coffee/tea, hot sauce, towels etc.
