This is quite possibly the best hotel I've ever stayed at. There were so many parts of our stay that absolutely delighted us. From the extensive selection of delicious food at breakfast, the live piano and violin at breakfest, the free wine and cheese at happy hour, to the endless amount of spaces to hang out and explore. I've never felt more at home at a hotel. It truly felt like we were not confined to our room - each space was inviting and amazing to spend time in. The staff were also extremely friendly and helpful. It was so nice to be greeted at the door by the doorman. We would highly recommend this hotel to anyone wanting a unique and memorable stay.

Our room was spacious and well appointed. The bed was comfortable. The shower had excellent water pressure. Breakfast was good with lots of variety.

Beautiful property that has some of the original stonework still in tact. It's a great central location and the staff was awesome! Everyone we interacted with was so kind and helpful. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. The breakfast was really lovely as well. All around a great spot to stay!

This property is perfectly situated to see all the popular sights of Lisbon. The staff were so welcoming, gave great recommendations and were helpful in planning excursions. The rooms were lovely. Little touches like daily recommendations in the rooms and hand written notes the day before departure is what set this place apart from so many other hotels.

The room was very clean. Nice bathrooms, large shower and there’s a bidet. Room has two spots for our luggage and plenty of hanging rods. There’s a small desk available, so plenty of space to put stuff. Managers were very helpful and lovely people. Location is amazing, right in bairro alto but away from the noise.

We loved the location. Right on the Tram 28 and close to a funicular. Not far from other transit options, great view from the balcony. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and though we didn’t use them, there were toys for little kids. It was comfortable and we enjoyed using the dishwasher and washing machine for ease of use. Be aware this flat is on the 3rd floor and the steps are narrow.
