There is so much to see and do around Ayrshire and beyond. Prestwick is a great location to tour about from. This property was near the train station and airport, and is ideally situated on the road network. There are plenty of cafes, bars and restaurants nearby or supermarkets if you prefer. Prestwick is a good base for exploring the Ayrshire coast and surrounding countryside. Plenty of interesting places to visit in the area. We visited Culzean Castle and Dumfries House both within a half an hour drive. You can also get the train to Glasgow from Prestwick. Prestwick is a beautiful little place.
Prestwick is a beautiful little place. The main street is full of life, lots of nice shops, good choice of eating places, love the vine and the lido also the wee cafe that does senior citizen lunch,all home cooked,delicious served by friendly staff.
