You couldn’t ask for anything better for a layover at LAX.
Free shuttle service, got me to and from the airport in minutes, very friendly driver.
Helpful, friendly front desk staff. My room was large, spotless and comfortable.
Coffee available at 5 a.m and full, yummy breakfast buffet by 6 a.m. So convenient for a travel day.
The gym was excellent, not the sort of after thought exercise room that many hotels have.
I will recommend this place to anyone I know who may have a stopover in Los Angeles.
Exceeded my expectations. Thank you!

Had a lovely stay! If I was nitpicking, the only thing I might say is that there wasn’t a microwave in our room. Not a huge deal. Otherwise very happy with hotel, location, amenities. Room was clean and comfy. Would definitely stay there again.

Exploring Los Angeles, the place where movies are made, you feel like you’re in a dream. Santa Monica Pier is the end point of the fabled Route 66, while just south is bohemian Venice Beach, lined by tall, swaying palms. Go slightly inland from the boardwalk to catch a glimpse of the canals that earned the area its name.
Head north to the golden beach and stunning scenery of Malibu and see why movie stars over the decades have settled here. Also popular with the rich and famous are Bel Air and Beverly Hills, home to exclusive Rodeo Drive.
And the reason for all this glitz and glamour? Hollywood, of course! Sitting high on a hill, the iconic sign is visible for miles around, while below the gold stars on Hollywood Boulevard immortalize celebrities of past and present. Be there on premiere night to see them grace the red carpet of Grauman’s Chinese Theater.
Over the hill is Universal Studios, with behind-the-scenes tours as well as rides. Next door are the Warner Brothers Studios, and Paramount Studios are closer to Downtown LA.
Whether you decide to live like a star in a luxury LA hotel or choose a cheap motel through Booking.com, it’s worth renting a car to get around this sprawling city and out to Los Angeles Airport (LAX).
The beauty and scenery. And the movie locations. Visit to Hollywood and a tour of the movie sights. Very welcoming city. I would definitely visit again. Probably avoid the Hotel Indigo. Had the worst experience with their staff

Santa Monica is fine. The beach.
Santa Monica is fine. The beach. The main street without cars. Good shopping and restaurants opportunities. We booked a hop-on hop off tour. One sees a lot of skyscrapers in LA but the streets are nothing special

Went there is visit family and watch Dodgers games. They were very accommodating as they won every game we saw (who could ask for anything more). We also went to several comedy clubs. What a great deal that is. . no fee just a request order two things (drink or food). Check out Flappers in Burbank. Note: they will charge for famous people like Jay Leno.

LA was my bucket-list destination, but it is pretty much bottom of the bucket. Honestly, I hated the city. It was dirty, crowded, the people were rude, and sadly the city needs to do more to address its homelessness crisis. Went in a couple tours, but The best part of my stay was the tour of LA’s hoods

There were a lot of things that bothered me about Los Angeles like the number of young homeless people the airport and the Metro it's not like a homeless shelter bathroom or New York in the '80s but the people were friendly the area I stayed in wasn't the best but this potential I would stay there again

The city is exceptional.
The city is exceptional. There is a lot of content, a lot to visit, you just need to plan your trip well. And of course avoid parts of the city that are unsafe. I recommend it to everyone who can get around Los Angeles
Close to museums and downtown area. Clean rooms. Lots of places to eat around the hotel. A beautiful vegan restaurant across the street with smoothies and great breakfasts that are healthy. (not a vegan but liked it). A specialty sausage restaurant, noodle bar. Good room with a couch and a fridge. Hanging space. Moe on reception was great. Great little hotel with exposed brick walls and red highlights. Secure door. Cool street art around the surrounding streets. Parking nearby was cheap. Would stay again.
The room was clean and with free parking ,not far from LAX,Venice,Santa Monica.
Starbucks and gas just around the corner.
The motel is located on Washington blvd/Sepulveda,but we didnt hear any noise.
The hotels in Los Angeles are very expensive and if you're on a budget the travelodge is ok .We were visiting L.A so we were out all day long and most of the evening so we just needed somewhere clean to sleep.
The wifi was on and off
The area was safe and overall the motel was ok
Brand new hotel with fantastic design and architecture, nice location (not much around, but quite central in Los Angeles, and very easy to access many neighboorhood with a car - I found the location more convenient than my previous hotel in downtown for example). The pool as well is great (a lot of sun to lie next to the nicely heated pool even in January). Very good value for the price, my favorite hotel in Los Angeles, will definitely come back !
So this wasn’t exactly a Business owned hostel it was a home with rooms and beds. More like a shared AirBnB.
What I liked about it was the location wasn’t too bad, it’s not exactly in a nice area but it is close to downtown Los Angeles. The other guests were polite and respectful but again this is more like a shared Airbnb so no “community vibe”.
The host is not on location but responded any time I needed anything.
Check in was easy - we called ahead regarding parking and the desk clerk was more than helpful in recommending the cheapest nearby overnight parking garage - also, the location is a real winner for this hotel - right off of Hollywood Blvd. - I don't think there's any escaping the homelessness in California, so aside from that, this hotel is smack dab in the middle of where a tourist might want to be.
Perfect spot in Hollywood and a beautiful hotel. Clean, modern and spacious. Had the Hollywood Sign View Room which was amazing, with a proper view of the sign.
It’s right next to the Ovation Mall and the Hollywood Walk of Fame so was extremely convenient for us.
As expected it wasn’t cheap but that was not surprising given the area.
Overall not one thing to complain about!
Amazing apartment with an incredible view of Hollywood hills and downtown Los Angeles. The apartment is very private, comfortable with many luxury’s that I have never dreamed of…soundbar, heated floors and toilet seat, rain shower and bidet of all things. You could spend all day in the apartment but there is a huge city out there to be explored. We will definitely be back!!
The location of this hotel was perfect. It was directly across from the beach and the Santa Monica pier was a 3 min walk. A short walk to 3rd street promenade and downtown Main Street . The staff was very helpful they let us check in early and out day of departure they stored our bags and even allowed us to use the office restroom to change before going to the airport.
Nestled in the neighborhood of West Downtown L.A., this hotel may be situated in a dingy and sketchy area, but I surprisingly felt safe throughout my stay. Despite the neighborhood's atmosphere, the hotel itself showcased a cool, modern vibe one would associate with a boutique hotel, although the lobby and elevator's heavy use of air freshener was a bit overkill.
Great location only 10 minutes walk to the hall of fame and the hollywood downtown area, plenty of shops and bars and things to do all around, we picked this hotel as its 1 stop from universal studios.
The hotel itself had nice staff that allowed us to leave luggage when we checked out and also provided us with hot water for tea and breakfast in the mornings.
Beautiful hotel with very helpful staff. Super elegant for an event and central in downtown Los Angeles. My room was very large and comfortable. Online check in was easy and made the arrival go fast. Staff worked with me on the room type that I wanted. The online check in saves the hotel a lot of staff time so there were no lines at check in.
The location was great. Even though downtown LA is overall a kind of sketchy area, the small slice of the city where the hotel is located feels relatively safe with most tourists sights downtown being walking distance. Also, the restaurant attached to the hotel is great for classic American diner food. And the lobby is well done too.
The hotel is conveniently located near the airport. It can be reached with their shuttle, which is free and easy to spot when it passes by the departure area of LAX. The room was very large and had all we needed: modern design and a large comfortable bed. Considering LA prices, it is fairly cheap.
Room size was small but not unique for a "boutique" hotel in downtown L.A. The best hat rack display anywhere. Didn't love the dinner menu so we skipped. The bar/restaurant seemed properly staffed (4-6) but we waited for quite a while to get two (2) drinks in the bar area after 7:30 PM.
Nice hotel in a quiet residential area, central west Hollywood, easy to reach both airport (30 min), rodeo (10min), walk of fame (10 min), Beverly hills (5 min) ..
Clean, large and comfortable room, with well refurnished mini-bar
Swimming pool on top
Very good value for price
There was no breakfast included in the price. When I was booking I was under the impression it was included. The hotel parking was very expensive. In the area we found much cheaper overnight parking for $25.00. Otherwise the hotel is clean and located right in downtown.
The hotel is ok, overpriced like everything in Los Angeles but very close to Hollywood Boulevard and a few metro stations. To be honest the zone is pretty safe but all of H. Boulevard zone is a dumpster.
