I spoke with the hotel today 09/15/2023 which was very disappointing. Very professional but everything was blaimed on a 3rd party booking. I used booking.com to place the reservation but it is quite different when you arrive. There should never be any confusion when booking and getting to the hotel. If this is how it works I will never use this service again. I should feel comfortable that the line of communication between 3rd party providers and the hotel are crystal clear since the 3rd party providers at that point are representing the hotel. And I will never stay at a IHG property again when something could be blamed on a 3rd party provider instead of the property itself just presents problems for me. My money is important to me and I felt like my problem to IHG WASN'T THEIR PROBLEM. Very unprofessional!!!Guest review byPAULSEN - 6.0

The people are incredibly friendly and polite at the hotel and throughout the city. The food is not great. Lots of National chains and the local ones (with high recommendations) we visited, which were not chains, were mediocre. Airport was a joke for such a big city.
