Excellent location. Very Clean. Helpful and friendly staff. Comfortable beds. Nice bar & restaurant on site. Close to cafe's restaurants, public transportation and within walking distance to the British Museum (well worth the visit. No ticket? Go around to the back entrance; you'll get in even late in the day).

The location is terrific, accessible to many Underground stations, taxis, Uber, and walking distance to so many things. The hotel was also exceptionally quiet for the area. It was cozy; our room was small, but it was efficient and exactly the right landing place for us during this quick trip to see West End shows and walk around all day. The staff were terrific, very friendly and helpful! We will definitely come again.

The location of this hotel is fantastic. Literally steps away from so much shopping and theatre! I walked (albeit a lot!) and only had to use the train to get to and from the airport. Hotel staff were friendly. Breakfast was sufficient to get going in the morning. The showers worked well. Lighting in the room was good.
