Everything! The staff was particularly helpful with suggestions for restaurants, carrying our luggage to and from our room, and suggesting the best way to take a tram ride. They also went above and beyond in assisting with a problem with our Bolt ride to the airport!

This property is perfectly situated to see all the popular sights of Lisbon. The staff were so welcoming, gave great recommendations and were helpful in planning excursions. The rooms were lovely. Little touches like daily recommendations in the rooms and hand written notes the day before departure is what set this place apart from so many other hotels.

The room was very clean. Nice bathrooms, large shower and there’s a bidet. Room has two spots for our luggage and plenty of hanging rods. There’s a small desk available, so plenty of space to put stuff. Managers were very helpful and lovely people. Location is amazing, right in bairro alto but away from the noise.

We loved the location. Right on the Tram 28 and close to a funicular. Not far from other transit options, great view from the balcony. Lots of room for everyone to sleep and though we didn’t use them, there were toys for little kids. It was comfortable and we enjoyed using the dishwasher and washing machine for ease of use. Be aware this flat is on the 3rd floor and the steps are narrow.
