Great central location. Room comfortable and recently refurbished. Good en suite and thoughtful touches such as a fan because it's warm at the top floor in the sun also ear plugs cos it was noisy with traffic but only until 9 pm or so. Also couple of bottles of beer and coffee capsule machine, water and biscuits provided. USB sockets and good TV also add to comfort. The food in the restaurant in the evening was excellent!

Great spot, centrally located. Lovely room, skylight in very clean, modern bathroom (upside of being on the top floor - had to climb a few flights of stairs which was fine for me with light bag). Asked and received early check in - thank you. Anne happened to be there and was very friendly and helpful.

Friendly staff, great service and lovely atmosphere. Food gorgeous and breakfast plentiful . The little touches such as dog treats, bowls and water and complimentary sloe gin in the room alongside the fab tea and coffee tray. In the quiet room there was whiskey also. The little things that make a big difference.

The beach is at the end of the high street in Broadstairs which is perfect for picking up any last minute amenities along the way. I visited the Turner Museum for the first time & I found travelling backwards & forwards from Broadstairs station to Margate a few times (forgetful me) really easy & I'm not sure if this would have been any easier by car so its a 👍 for the railways.

Our visit was far too short and have vowed to return soon! The Royal Spa Hotel proved to be a perfect place to stay. Spotless, spacious and very welcoming kind and helpful team. Delicious breakfast. The purpose of our trip was to attend the wonderful Anne Boleyn Musical at Hever Castle. A night to remember, and what an amazing part our history this castle has held.

Margate is abit rundown in places but the old town was great and restaurants we enjoyed especially GB Pizza co it was on the seafront and we could sit outside in the evening. Dreamland is getting better there are alot of rides there especially for kids. A good traditional seaside town and lots of things to do in easy walking distance. The beach is great.

Ramsgate is a delightful seaside town. The harbour area is fab to wander around, the beach is wide and roomy, plus it was easy to walk along the beach / broadwalk to Broadstairs which is also a gorgeous town to visit (where we watched a band play on the band stand and played crazy golf). A perfect place for a long weekend on the British seaside.

The room itself was clean and tidy. Once in the room found the tv wouldn't work properly and bought the staff up and they couldn't get it to work either. The onsite restaurant was under renovation so no dinner or Breakfast though there was an eatery next door bar one and the food was lovely there

Folkestone was a lovely surprise - so much to see and do - art everywhere, of all kinds (lights , sounds and sights!) museum great, lots of history, very wide range of restaurants and pubs. Great for families with the golden beaches and the harbour area with its surprise squirting fountain area! Cheerful place, quirky too. Easy to get buses for only 3 pounds each to neighbouring Canterbury, Hythe and Dungeness (adventures!) A vinyl record shop, traditional impressive promenade and gardens, free music at the bandstand - loved it!
