The electricity was down on the island, but the owner ran a generator that provided us with light, AC, and Internet. Also, kept restaurant open when others were closed. The owner and staff are very friendly.

The staff were exceptional. Some English spoken. Food was good. Good for families and groups. Has a dock for tours and taxis, palapa with 6 hammocks and designated swim area. A trampoline entertains children of all ages. An international hostel vibe prevades. There are private rooms with A/C and ensuite bathrooms, so fear not. As a solo Elder traveler, and an old "Hotelie," it is places like Casa Rosada that truly unite us in our cultural curiosities. Language barriers fall as there is always someone around to help translate!
