I had a great stay at this hostel in Hanoi! The location is easy to find and super central—close to anything you might need as a traveler, whether it’s food, sights, or transport. The rooms are spacious with plenty of storage for each person, and I appreciated the shoe racks outside to help keep things tidy. Bathroom is clean. Their food menu is both affordable and varied, which was really convenient. The staff were all very friendly and helpful throughout my stay. The dedicated common area wasn’t too busy, with most guests hanging out in the lobby/dining area.

This hostel feels more like a budget friendly hotel, but definitely in a good way. The rooms of 6 beds are ideal. Good AC, decent staircases for top bunks, but depends on the bed sometimes might be bit short curtains. The shared bathrooms are really well maintained and clean. My is a great help, gave me bunch of good recommendations.

Great location, clean room, very friendly staffs and easy to check in/out. I pretty much stayed in many hotels in Hanoi over the years including Metropole and JW Marriott. This hotel gives a good value for the money when I travel for work in Hanoi center and don't need much amenities.

Writing a review for this hotel is an absolute pleasure. We had a twin room which was clean and the beds to our liking, not hard. The staff? Justin, Julia, Jack and whole team at this hotel are simply amazing. Unfortunately I needed to go to hospital and they were able to recommended a hospital and arranged transport. (The service at the hospital was nothing short of 5 star, with a translator with me the whole time)Their concern for me on my return from hospital was like nothing I have experienced in all our years of travel and this continued for our 1 week stay. We felt like family and it was very sad to say goodbye to them. The location is perfect for night markets with food available everywhere outside the hotel. Breakfast at the hotel was another highlight: you can go Western or Asian, and both options were fresh and tasty, with a menu for choices for eggs, all served with a smile. We dined in the restaurant several nights during our stay and it was all delicious. All in all, this hotel is a gem – excellent service, great comfort, and an unbeatable price. Staying here was an absolute pleasure, and I wouldn’t hesitate to return and we will!
