It’s clean, the staff are very attentive - although sadly couldn’t help us get a taxi when we left in the pouring rain. But that is the only gripe. The hotel not only provides plenty of extra amenities (toothbrush etc), but also has a laundrette (a few yen extra) and a microwave on the third floor.
