Downtown area a bit grubby.
Downtown area a bit grubby. EVERYTHING needs a good steam cleaning and some minor repair after the drunken bacchanalias that take place on a regular basis after concerts and sporting events. Catch it now before it goes into worse decline.Guest review byJohnUnited States - 10.0

Tenby is a lovely seaside town with colorful buildings and a quaint downtown with lots of cute shops and restaurants. There are numerous beaches with a large swinging high/low tide that was fascinating to watch, especially how the boats in the harbor are in water part of the day and on sand another part. There are lots of coastal path walks either from Tenby or nearby. We took a bus to Manorbier, had a pint then walked the 7+ miles along the Pembrokeshire Coastal Path back to Tenby. It was gorgeous. Everyone we encountered during our two day stay was friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed our time in Tenby.Guest review byStephanieUnited States - 8.0
A nice place with an excellent shopping centre.
A nice place with an excellent shopping centre. Disappointed with the lack of green areas in the centre. People, including shop staff, were very nice and helpful. However it was difficult to find somewhere to eat what we like (traditional English meals). Ended up with tasteless junk takeaway. We did not bring transport but did not need to go anywhere that was not walkable, other than we would have liked to have found a suitable eatery nearer the city centre, because we have a dog and even if allowed, he does not travel well on buses. We are not a young couple and it looked like there was little for us to do in the evenings.Guest review byTomUnited Kingdom - 6.0

We love visiting Aberystwyth each summer but parking is always a nightmare and getting worse. We now choose to stay out of town as parking for most hotels and lets is a problem and stops you being able to relax and enjoy the holiday fully.Guest review byWilliamsUnited Kingdom - 8.0

Betws y Coed is a pretty little place on the river which seems to attract many visitors during the day but they seem to disappear in the evenings so there’s very little atmosphere at night which is a shame.Guest review byTinaUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Lovely spot in North Wales, lovely beach and some nice restaurants. Locals were friendly . We did a boat trip around Cardigan Bay and it was well worth the £20 per head cost, although we were very lucky with the weather. Some nice shops. We ate at The Captain’s Table (really lovely little place, food was spot on.Guest review byCarole - 10.0
