We were visiting family and this hotel was very close. We stayed in one of the 3 rooms at ground level, off the parking lot. It worked great for us as one of the travellers was elderly and stairs not the best option. We didn't have to do that. We also needed 2 beds and our room was split in 2 with the washroom in the middle. Each side had window air conditioner, a wall TV, Armour or dresser. My side was a single bed that also had another pullout single bed underneath should you need it. The other side had a queen bed. It worked well for 2 friends travelling together. Would request this room again. The restaurant was a highlight dinner. Excellent food, wine & service.

It was quiet, (never heard anyone else's door open or close) and of high quality. The breakfast was extremely well done and delicious with a very nice variety! The dining area was very nice, spacious, and well decorated - Liked all of that very much!

This Freeport Hotel is located less than 1 mi from the shopping, recreation and entertainment facilities at the Nautical Mile and 5 mi from Jones Beach.

We really enjoy the Best Western and have stayed there on a number of occasions; however, we had to lug a lot of stuff up to the second story. At our age, it was very difficult. Otherwise, it is a very good place to stay.

The location of the property is good, about 5~ mins walk to the beach. They also allowed us to leave our luggage before check-in.
