- From $2,295.41 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 99 reviewsTime at the monastero is everything you might expect for a 5 star resort experience with some notable distinctions. Amazing attention to detail and systems of management, result in a sense of tranquility which is hugely amplified by the monastery setting. This really can't be overstated. The peaceful environment they create here is quite precious. Secondly, having a limited number guests (20), means that there is a sense of privacy missing from some resorts or hotels. Thirdly, the views are literally some of the best photos from our trip. Fourthly, the generosity and warmth of the staff in every area is 100% consistent. A great credit to management. Loved our stay. Obviously not an every holiday option, but a special stay that will be remembered for a very long time.Guest review byMatthew CostaAustralia
- From $457.81 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.9Excellent - What previous guests thought, 594 reviewsThis hotel is amazing. Compared to the price of other hotels in the area, you will get more for your bucks. Very clean, spacious rooms, comfy beds and all with an amazing view! The breakfast was abundant. Nothing fancy but you had everything you needed. Pastry’s, fruits, coffee, eggs. Plus a private beach club! Privileged. I did not mind traveling around in ferries/buses/taxis so I made this property my base to move around the Amalfi Cost. Great value. If you are expecting a 5 star, white glove, ultra fancy hotel, you better pay over +1000K a night at one of the high end ones. Elena at front desk was superb. Always happy to help us out. Actually all the staff at the reception was amazing.Guest review byAugustoUnited States
- From $2,657.12 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 9.8Exceptional - What previous guests thought, 129 reviewsThis hotel exceeds expectations. From the kind and informative staff to the phenomenal food and gorgeous views you cannot go wrong by booking this hotel. The actual hotel is gorgeous, the views spectacular. I was worried because I knew the hotel isn’t in Positano center, but ended up being a blessing. They will drive you to the center, the ride takes 3 minutes, when you call to have them pick you up they arrive in 5 minutes or less and the best part is you get away from the crowds of the main town to an oasis on the cliffs of the Amalfi coast. Couldn’t recommend more, felt lucky to have had the opportunity to stay here!!Guest review byBrekkeUnited States
- From $197.08 per nightScored out of 10, guest rating 8.0Very Good - What previous guests thought, 1,802 reviewsThe view of the water was incredible, the breakfast was fresh and delicious, the staff friendly, the room clean and comfortable. Vietri has a convenient ferry stop that links you to Maiori, Minori, Amalfi, Positano, Capri, etc. This was the easiest way for us to get around as the bus does not often stop at the Vietri bus stop and parking is so limited that we did not want to rent a car. The town of Vietri is easily accessed through the back gate of the hotel and down the hill. There are yummy restaurants only a few minutes walk from the hotel. We loved our stay at Hotel Voce Del Mare and recommended it!Guest review byRyanUnited States

Amalfi is a small and charming town with beautiful architecture and a lovely atmosphere. However, since it’s the central town of the entire Amalfi Coast, it tends to get very crowded — which unfortunately takes away some of its charm. That said, it’s still worth a visit, especially to admire its history and beauty. But I highly recommend exploring the nearby towns as well — like Positano, Atrani, Maiori, Minori, and others — each of them has its own unique character and is often much more peaceful and authentic.Guest review byLiza ManijaLatvia - 10.0
Great views, scenery and nature.
Great views, scenery and nature. A bit tiring due to the stairs. Your hotel's location is important, mine was very well located. Not far from the beaches but still with a very nice view. I recommend the restaurant Donna Rosa, very nice food and elegant place for dinners.Guest review byGAMZEGÜLTurkey - 10.0
We loved where we stayed.
We loved where we stayed. Last year, we visited the Amalfi Coast which was beautiful. This year we went to Capri, which was amazing. The local shops were great and the people are very friendly and helpful. We ate locally or cooked and had a few favourite spots. It was easy to walk around where we stayed, for longer trips we had the rental car. We could ask our host for directions and tips on where to visit.Guest review byCarmelIreland - 10.0

We think Vietri is the best place to stay on the Amalfi coast. It is easy to reach (most other towns are a pain to drive to), and is a great place to explore from, with Pompeii only 25 mins drive and Herculaneum around 35 minutes, all motorway. The town itself is very authentic and prices are reasonable compared to the better known places. The boat service to other Amalfi towns is regular and easy to use without being too expensive (€25 return to Amalfi for 2 people) - we enjoyed the boat trips as much as the towns which were generally heaving with tourists, I’d hate to think what high season is likeGuest review byRobertUnited Kingdom - 10.0

Praiano is a great place to be if you're ok with staying local and in a smaller town. Amazing views, not very walkable (as in there's not really a strip or a condensed area to visit, it's a little spread out).Guest review byTomy - 10.0

Minori offers fabulous beaches, views and restaurants, as well as great hikes / walks, all whilst remaining unspoilt and true to it's culture and traditions. It really feels a privelege to be able to stay there and enjoy their lifestyle and beautiful home.Guest review byDONNAAustralia - 10.0

Furore is around 15km from amalfi, sounds close but in reality due to the winding roads it takes around 25 minutes in a car/bus Furore is quite spread out so you need to take that in to account when staying there. Car/moped is the best method of transport followed by the bus, walking is an option but be prepared for many steep hills. This is a perfect base to get into amalfi, but be aware that parking in amalfi itself is challenging and the police/car towing companies are red hot!Guest review byMARKUnited Kingdom - 10.0
Peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing vacation.
Peaceful and quiet—perfect for a relaxing vacation. There are plenty of good restaurants and enough markets for everyday needs. The area also offers great historical sites to explore, along with the beautiful Valle delle Ferriere nature park nearby. A convenient bus stop with frequent service makes it easy to get around the area without a car.Guest review byNemanjaSerbia
