Didn't get up in time for breakfast due to finishing work at 3am, paxton entry system in the early hours after my shift felt secure and easy. Hotel was very quiet and has a pleasant feeling about the place.
Complementary coffee, water and biscuits is an amazing touch.

very beautiful area i would recommend staying in the city centre if you don’t drive as my journeys took about 1hr 30 using public transport and from 7-25 mins in the car, you basically can’t walk the bus is your bestie or uber

It is very handy for an early start at the airport although you do have to pay for parking and Wi-Fi in the bedrooms which I would normally expect free. Food was only in the restaurant and extremely below par. No bar snacks which would have been nice as we were only stopping for a short while overnight and didn’t really want a big meal. Very helpful and friendly staff. Rooms what you’d expect for a budget hotel, clean and comfortable.

Nicely located hotel which is good value for money.
Nicely located hotel which is good value for money. Staff are helpful and pleasant and there are additional facilities such as pool and spa if wanted. Some areas such as the restaurant could be improved. It is a shame to be charged more to use Wi-Fi in the rooms as communal areas are busy and not appropriate for working in.

Airport hotel was a poor choice on our part.
Airport hotel was a poor choice on our part. Branhope has a Fox and Hound pub which we went to for a drink at night as we were Unable to book in for a meal here so fortunately we ate earlier on the journey down from Scotland. Not much else open as it was early evening but there are a couple of hairdressers, a takeaway and a local corner shop.
I asked for a wake-up call: nothing
I ordered a taxi for 4 am, they had not and told me at 4 am they did not think the taxi company would respond if they saw the hotel's number. As it was over 1 hour walk along dark lanes to the airport I begged them to try, they did with a don't hold your hopes up. Thankfully the taxi company replied and was there within 10 minutes, otherwise I would have missed my flight. So much for an airport hotel. They should delete the word airport as it generates expectations.
Plenty of Parking available - although you do have to pay £5 per night
Quiet Location
Beautiful view over fields although you had to overlook the litter surrounding hotel
Comfortable bed
Spacious room despite having a double and 2 x singles
Nice and warm (it was -3 at night)
Plenty of hot water available
Nice big bath towels
Good value for money for a family of four
Clean, comfortable, good facilities, ideal location for airport, allowed 'just eat' to deliver to hotel and we ate in our room, they even offered a plate - would definitely stay again if I was flying from Leeds Bradford Airport
The hotel was very clean and the majority of staff, especially Sarah in the restaurant and Chris the chef were very good and helpful. The reception staff were also very helpful.
For an airport hotel, to close the bar and restaurant before 2130 hrs was unacceptable and unfair. The only refreshments were tea and coffee in the room, without a spoon.
No heating in this hotel except for a small room oil filled radiator type which falls Hellish shy of adequate.
Winter stays here are not advised. Dam freezing.
