We found everything about the Masons Arms to be exceptional. The property is well maintained and is located on a quiet street in a small village, which the setting allowed us to relax and enjoy the overall experience. The room was very well appointed, with a very comfortable bed and large en-suite. Dinner and breakfast in the restaurant was both very delightful.

Our flight was delayed so we arrived after the restaurant closed. The owner and his wife made us welcome, even though they had closed for the night. They very kindly opened a bottle of wine and made us a wonderful dinner. Throughout the stay their hospitality was amazing. The owner would not let us walk to the bus stop, instead he very kindly drove us all the way to Sidmouth in his own car! They really could not have done more for us!

Despite my husband being ill for most of the week Old Ford Farm Annex proved to be a relaxing place to stay set in beautiful gardens and countryside. Mike the owner was really helpful but never intrusive. Welcome gifts of wine and milk were appreciated along with essentials such as tea coffee sugar salt pepper dishwasher and washing machine tablets. We will return
