I enjoyed my stay here at Ocean palms. They had adequate parking space I like that. The staff was very friendly. They said the WiFi code was in the room but I didn't see it so I went to the front desk and it was provided to me without any hassle. The rooms exceeded my expectations. I got the 2 bedrooms. Each room was separated by a kitchenette so it was like across from each other. Each room has there own bathroom and balcony, TV, closet and AC. The beds were very comfortable. The kitchenette had a microwave and a mini fridge, it has a table and 2 chairs. The place was spacious.

(MY OPINION) Ocho Rios is one of the most beautiful towns in Jamaica. My absolute favorite river in Ocho Rios is Blue Hole.
Nightlife: 8Rivas & Taboo (there may be others, but never been)
Restaurants: There are a lot of great restaurants; some may not be in Ocho Town, but they are worth the drive (Miss T, Plantation, Sharkies, Roxborough, 8Rivas, etc..)
One of the reasons I love Ocho Rios is how easy it is to move about the town freely and safely.

We stayed for four nights. It is good for us as we went to the market , stores which was walking distance. Friendly people and we felt safe walking in the town. We eat at mongoose restaurant. Really good food and atmosphere. We also eat at island grill and the food is good. Go to the market for coconut water and fresh fruits.

Very interesting - but lots of litter.
The saddest was the stray injured and neglected dogs and cats.
As a single traveler one does not wander off on their own in Jamaica.
The Jamaican people are lovely!!
Great food!!

The location was superb, clean, safe and easily accessible.
The location was superb, clean, safe and easily accessible. Waking up to the welcoming site of the ocean could not have been more refreshing, exhilarating, and soothing.
The food was delectable and delicious, freshly prepared and very appetizing.
The friendly, experienced staff made one felt like you were among family. They exhibited and extended all the common courtesies one could have ever expected, this is no acting, or kidding, these are genuinely very hospitable individuals by nature.
I just left the hotel and everything was amazing. I stayed for in the king size bed room. Everything was clean and they are very organized. They offered breakfast with eggs, sides, coffee, juice, fruits and they also have an option of Jamaican breakfast. All rooms have beach view. The beach is calm and gorgeous .Very close there is a calm and clean river too. They have a bar/restaurant that serves lunch, dinner, appetizers and drinks. The walls have many beautiful paintings too. I definitely recommend this Hotel. The price is fair!
the property was good and clean, however breakfast is very limited and as a vegan person I couldn’t eat the breakfast they have. I asked if they had fruits as we are in jamaica that should be easy to get, but it wasn’t the case all they had was eggs, sausage and cow milk. I had to go out everyday to buy fresh fruits which were literally 5 min walk from the hotel.
also I stayed for 2 nights and the room was never cleaned, didn’t get fresh towels. quite disappointing especially when they call themselves a resort
Comfortable bed and decent sized room. view of the sea is slightly distant but not a bad view. Carrying luggage up the numerous flights of steps could prove very taxing so it’s good they had someone to help us carry the luggage up and also down when checking out.
We had to check out a bit later than the stipulated time because my wife is pregnant and wasn’t feel well. Staff were accommodating of this.
a food truck comes in the morning to sell authentic Jamaica Breakfast and a few other dishes and drinks.
The location is my favourite I have been going to this location from it was Americana and Mallard surperate hotels, but is was my first time since it is MOON PALACE. My first experience was bad because I didnt get room until about 8pm having being there from 3pm. The property is still excellent and I will not judge you poorly because of my room experience it could be one of those days when didnt go as plan. It is still my best location in Jamaica. I may try Mexico before making a judgement on your Brand.
We enjoyed a clean and comfortable room and a very delicious Jamaican breakfast. All the staff, from the security, to front desk, to restaurant, were pleasant helpful accommodating and professional. We were very late checking and appreciated that the staff called to make sure we were still coming. The price was quite reasonable, so it was a great last-minute decision to stay here. This was 2-star locale with a 5-star attitude!
The owner of the apartment,Jamie, was always available via whats app to respond to any enquires.
Apartment was a spacious for 2 people..
Beds were comfotable. Bathroom and shower room very good.
Traditional Jamaican breakfast can be purchased from local chef via a van each morning on complex.
Location great and easy walking distance into the main town
Central location in Ocho Rios, lovely staff, picturesque views of the ocean, excellent breakfast included and run by an exceptional owner/manager Tony Powell who was so friendly and helpful. We felt so welcome from the first minute we arrived and after my daughter went home - I decided to stay another week!
Healthy breakfast options thoughtfully assembled. The traditional Jamaican breakfast was the best we had on island. Bar food and happy hour also good. The ocean view from our room was fantastic, although I wouldn't have minded a view of the pool (also great)!
Super clean, virtually no one on the beach or the community pool – absolutely wonderful. The owner was super quick to address the issues that arose during the stay and make it right. Staying at the property was the highlight of our visit to Ocho Rios.
It was in a good location… very private and quiet…the home was very comfortable…being able to swim whenever you wanted to was a huge plus..I would highly recommend!!! We are definitely staying their again on our next vacation to Jamaica
Stop using Tin Ackee it tastes real bad. This is jamaica invest in freshly picked ackees. Remember it is our National dish so after all it should taste extremely well and stand out. All the other foods were ok.
Definitely the whole complex of apartments is very pretty and surrounded by gardens, a swimming pool and direct access to one of the main beaches of Ocho Rios. Nice bars outside as well, walking distance.
the location of the property is Great. it sits in the middle of a hotel/resort which is right on the beach and in the middle of Main Street. everything expected in a private residence was provided.
Easy check in, extremely clean room, comfortable bed, good aircon, fast Wi-Fi - we stayed one night and it was perfect.
The Jamaican restaurant upstairs is surprisingly good.
No breakfast couldn’t believe there is a place like that in ocho rios the plays its nasty the ac doesn’t work there is a fan in the room the whole place stink like rouches
