For a 3 star hotel, it has very good facilities. The car parking and hotel staff were very courteous. The size of the room was very good. It had all the amenities. The breakfast was good as well. The location is closed to airport so it is very convenient if you are flying the next day.

The staff were very nice, and accommodating, thats about the best part. There was no hand towel, no hairdryer. I had to ask for hairdryer and he wanted me to bring it back. I said but it’s for in the morning. He said ok keep it, but first hotel without a hair dryer in the room. We had a twin room and it was cramped beyond belief. You had to turn away from the shower because it’s right next to the bed, with a mirror that can see who’s in the shower. No privacy at all from another person. The bathroom door was plywood? About 1/4” thick with magnetic closure. It was pretty quiet in room 1. Breakfast was just cereal and bread, no eggs, waffles, bacon. Just bread, canned peaches.
Not close to anything historic, had to rent a bolt driver to get us places, or take the bus.
We will never stay here again, best thing again was the staff.

Loved the location and the view from the apartment. There was a lift so it made it very easy for transportation of luggage. A dedicated parking spot in a gated parking lot was a big plus. The apartment was clean and comfortable. Information for check-in and retrieving keys made for an easy process. The host genuinely wanted to make sure we had a positive stay.

I booked this hotel as it was close to the airport and an early international flight meant an early start. There was absolutely no noise considering how close to the airport. A 5 minute walk and we were there! The breakfast was excellent and the choices offered were excellent.

It was convenient for the airport, stayed at the Hampton by Hilton, the breakfast on both my in out and in stay were poor, dinner on one night was basic for what I believed to be a good hotel, definitely wouldn’t have food again.
Room was decent and staff were pleasant.

I loved the cleanliness and new appearance of the interior and exterior. Quiet. Didn’t eat there except the early a.m. light buffet which was adequate but there is a restaurant available there throughout most of the day. It’s easy to use the tram to go into Edinburgh from the airport. I was surprised there was no safe in the room, but I was not at all concerned about the hotel security as you need the room card to use the elevator.

The room was very comfortable and clean.
The room was very comfortable and clean. The hotel was very modern and had a good vibe. The bar wasn’t stocked very well and service was a bit slow but this may have been due to it being really busy due to an event near by.

We arrived about 12.15pm
We arrived about 12.15pm
I liked it from the minute I stepped into the building, it was beautiful.
All of the staff we met in check in were so helpful. They gave us our room Key, that was the biggest surprise knowing check in was at 3pm.
The Continental breakfast the next morning was so special.
Thank you so much
We will be back
As always with Hilton the rooms and hotel were clean, service was excellent and room/ bed was exactly what we needed. An added feature was when we checked we were handed a hot home made chocolate chip cookie for each of us. Boy was that wonderful. Free Shuttle to the airport runs every 15-20 minutes starting at 3 am. Great for those early morning flights. We are in the restaurant and the food was good and service excellent.
This is second time I have stayed in this hotel overnight before fyi g out from Edinburgh airport to my holiday destination.
Both times I have travelled through from Glasgow on excellent airport bus service .
I think the Holiday Inn shuttle bus service is absolutely marvellous- thank you for that .
The only thing I might mention is more of a variety of food on evening meal menu — not everyone likes pizza !!
ideal location for Edinburgh airport bar the state of the pavement from airport to the hotel is terrible if you have suitcases with wheels, the state of the pavement is uneven and very bumpy, not comfortable to wheel your suitcases to the hotel
the Rooms were nice and clean, bed was comfortable.
check in was easy and quick
the check in staff were excellent and very helpful
This hotel was really exceptional--and I travel a lot. The service was great, the dinners were extraordinary (we ate there the first night and booked the prix fixe the second night, and it was fantastic. One of the best meals I've had in recent memory. The pool/spa was clean and welcoming and I took advantage of all of the water and steam options. The gym was great too.
Excellent hotel to stay in if you are looking for somewhere close to Edinburgh airport or ingliston. We stayed here for one night prior to an early morning flight and will definitely be staying again.
Hotel was lovely and clean, easy check in and breakfast to takeaway was available prior to leaving for our flight. Room couldn't have been more comfortable either.
It's a stepping stone from Edinburgh airport! Having a late flight , we decided it's best if we choose somewhere close. From the moment we arrived to the moment we left I rate this on the top of my list.
The front desk people were of great assistance, the rooms were clean and spacious, breakfast starts from 4.00 am!!
Customer services were very good, both over the phone and at the reception desk. We needed to change the date of our stay at the last minute and the hotel obliged without any issues or extra charges. Car parking was great. Easy to get into Edinburgh by tram or bus if you wanted to. Room was quiet and comfortable.
It was an airport hotel chosen for the night before our departure from Edinburgh. That’s all we needed and that’s all it was. It was nice that they had the airport departures/arrivals sign at the front desk. Tbh I don’t remember much about the room except that it was clean and comfortable.
The hotel sits on beautiful grounds 10 minutes from the airport. It is a former family estate that has been expanded to accommodate many guests. The room was very nice and the staff were exceedingly friendly and helpful. The food was very good.
This hotel is right next to the airport. A 2 minute drive. The bed was comfy, room was clean and breakfast was great. If you fly in late in the day to Edinburgh, then definitely stay here at least the first night.
Location excellent. Nice and quiet comfortable room so great pre flight sleep. Good breakfast and nice bar menu, especially liked the free cocktail! Loved the decoration and ambience of the hotel.
Hotel is beautifully secluded yet still accessible from
the city.
Perfectly located with airport and motorway links.
Comfortable, clean and spacious rooms.
Friendly staff.
