The staff were absolutely superb. Shout out to Lauren who really looked after us. The pub is lovely and the rooms were great. Breakfast was of the highest quality and we can't thank the team enough for everything they did to make us feel welcome.

I’ve travelled to Chipping Norton for work over the years it’s a place I’ve always enjoyed travelling to, I took my partner for a rare night away. She agreed it’s a beautiful place even the new builds blend into the scenery and there are so many different places to go off and see

We stayed with our two big dogs at number 8 Harpers Yard. It’s a beautifully furnished one bed house which was ideal for our 3 nights’ stay, very close to the high street, Chipping Norton, yet so peaceful and quiet. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Great hikes nearby for us and the dogs to enjoy. A very comfortable bed with good quality bed linen and pillows. Two bathrooms with gorgeous showers. It has a tidy and well maintained outdoor patio which would have been great in sunny weather.
The hotel is well situated to go out and about in the Cotswolds and Chipping Norton itself is a nice place to have a wander around and get a coffee or something to eat. The twin room that myself and my daughter shared was spacious as was the bathroom and the beds were comfy. Plenty of towels were provided along with complimentary shampoo/shower gels and the shower was nice and powerful. The hotel has a small car park which came in handy. The lady that met us on arrival was very friendly.
It is conveniently located for exploring the Cotswolds if one has a vehicle, nearest town Chipping Norton is a 4min drive about 1/2hr walk, hotel has ample parking. The Standard room is very spacious room with good amenities, restful decor. The evening dinner in their restaurant was tasty & fairly priced.
The hotel staff made us feel really welcome and were beyond nice at all times. The hotel and rooms were super clean and comfortable and had all the items that we’d need for a pleasant comfortable stay. The food was also delicious at the restaurant and we had a wonderful time.
Absolutely everything!! Ben and the staff could not have made us feel more welcome. The rooms were spacious and very comfortable and the food was top notch. Chipping Norton is beautiful and only a stones throw from lots of other quaint Cotswold towns.
Perfectly acceptable budget hotel with a bar and restaurant on Chipping Norton’s high street. Parking to rear and I was cuffed to have stayed in what was a former owner’s, (Keith Moon) bedroom.
Cherry Tree Cottage was easy to get to, cute in appearance, very comfortable and thoughtfully appointed. It was very clean, spacious and with great communication from the host.
Good location, nice place overall, surprisingly quiet for a pub. Spacious room, en suite bathroom you could have a party in! there’s a lido close by so pack your cossie!
