Had a great vibe about the place as soon as arrived, from meeting host Callum to walking in front door to a big comfortable cozy family home (owners don't live on premises) Old style charm about the place.. Room was great, clean and comfortable. As was shared bathroom. Wifi was excellent . Car park in section of field so had no trouble parking. Great value. Loved the place would happily stay again and recommend

    The hotel is situated in the beautiful countryside surrounded by a really lovely manicured garden, the hotel reception staff were friendly and very welcoming and gave good information, the room which was dog friendly on the first floor was a good size, clean and very quiet with a dog blanket and bowl plus treat supplied. we had breakfast and dinner both the staff and the food were very good. We did get enough time to use the spa but maybe next time, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay

    We loved the hotel. The building and grounds were stunning, clean, well looked after. The staff were impossibly polite and helpful. The food, at dinner and breakfast, was superb. The rates were very reasonable. I could not think of a way to improve our stay. I would love to return.
