I absolutely hated everything about this hotel. It is not customer friendly at all. Let’s just start with the guy who works there at night with zero people skills and zero compassion or personality. The man obviously hates his job and hates tourists. He was not helpful whatsoever in addressing my issues with dirty bed which had hairs on it, I did not get king size but rather a sunken bed of two twin sizes put together in an extremely cold room! When I went down numerous times to address this concern the man who worked there did absolutely nothing to help me! Shame on you whatever your name was!
