Simon is such an amazing host. He could not have been more kind, and the villa is absolutely beautiful with postcard views in every direction. Perfectly clean, great shower, comfortable bed, lovely decor. The breakfast was delicious and the most generous we enjoyed on our entire Via Degli Dei hike. When we arrived, weary from our long hike that day, he offered us a ride to a lovely local restaurant in the delightful nearby town of Galliano. Simon even helped us get back to the trail the next morning. He is truly an exceptional host, and we thoroughly enjoyed our too brief stay.

    Superb location in the middle of the countryside with a great pool and view. It is an old house with charm, not a 4 star hotel but comfortable enough with thick walls that help keep the heat away (stayed 4 nights). Samuel and his father are very dedicated to their guests and to the house, notably with a fantastic breakfast on a quiet, unique terrace with nice lemon trees, and ready to share tips to visit the region.
