Deauville Beach Resort Pleasant 6.6 The hotel was very nice and had a lot to offer.
Freehand Miami Good 7.9 Loved this place!! Totally retro, the staff were really nice and helpful and it was very comfortable.
Delano South Beach Very good 8 timeless and fine design, top party pool location in south beach, great people, good food, champagne brunch rich and extra!
Townhouse Hotel Good 7.8 Courteous staff. Unassuming boutique hotel.
Fontainebleau Miami Beach Very good 8 the room, loby, pool and of course staff, will visit again
Catalina Hotel & Beach Club Good 7.1 Free bar for one hour (dunno why they call it happy hour, it should be called Awesome hour!)
Shelley Hotel Good 7 We arrived off a ship early and the lovely girl on the desk (Gwen I think) asked us to come back in an hour so she could accommodate an earlier check-in. She also gave us great tips on where not to by our wine, eat dinner (without being ripped off on the main road) and organised our transfer to the airport. A seamless stay.
Chesterfield Hotel & Suites Good 7.6 Excellent hotel, very friendly staff Daniel and luis on checkout and Sandra on the bar who helped us make use of the free happy hour bar from 7-8. It set us up for a really nice night in Miami.
Dream South Beach Very good 8.2 Decor, ambiance, fit out, lighting, bathroom, staff.
Clevelander Hotel Very good 8 Considering I stay in a lot of hotels with work, this was by far the best experience I've had. The staff were amazing, so friendly and so helpful. If I was to go back to South beach I wouldn't need to look into another hotel as I know I'd be back here. Thank you so much for making the stay so enjoyable for me :-)
Seagull Hotel Miami Beach Okay 5.6 After i booked,I read the previous reviews made me nervous but once I arrived everything was great the hotel is a little old so it could use fresh paint but I went for vacation and I give this hotel 5 stars for price location staff etc the pool is nice views are great and the rooms are perfect for a cheap Lil getaway to an overpriced city
Royal Palm Beach Miami, a Tribute Portfolio Resort Very good 8.3 location, facilities, room, staff
Eden Roc Miami Beach Good 7.8 We stayed at Eden Roc for a total of 5 nights, having originally booked 4 but we just couldn't leave! Location is around a $10 cab from the main bars/restaurants/shops so is lovely and quiet at nighttime yet so accessible. Staff could literally not have been nicer or more helpful and we actually got a free upgrade because it was one of the girls birthdays. Front door staff are helpful and great fun. Beautiful pools, room, food etc etc. Couldn't recommend it enough!!
Miami Beach Resort & Spa Good 7.3 Staff, Location, close to beach
Loews Miami Beach Hotel Very good 8.5 Beautiful hotel, I'd heard a lot about this hotel and it really lived up to expectations. We had a toddler and a baby with us and the staff was excellent from the welcome toys, to the in-room toys that we borrowed and to the availability of a mini fridge and microwave in our room. I'd like to mention Guilermo on the front desk (sorry for the spelling) this guy was a star and made us very comfortable especially after the false fire alarm on day 2 out of our 5 night stay. Location was excellent, a stones throw away from Lincoln Road, and all its shopping and restaurants. One of the best features of this place is the 24 hour pool which I made use of every night and day. Always in use but the best was very late at night. I can't mention the staff enough, everybody was great and made out trip very nice.. Also a thanks to Isaacs down by the pool for making sure we always were located by the kiddie side of the pool. Overall you'll have a great time if you don't mind being surrounded by uptight Europeans.

    Millionaires' Playground

A Millionaire's playground, Miami Beach is all about sun, sea and sand. Popular as a spring break destination, its miles of pristine sands shelve gently into the turquoise Atlantic Ocean.

Lining the beach are tall palm trees and the promenade, famous for the beautiful people that go rollerblading by. Add to this a warm, subtropical climate and you can see why many celebrities have chosen to set up home in Miami Beach.

You might even spot some of them shopping in the designer boutiques along Lincoln Road. And if your budget doesn’t quite stretch that far, there’s still a great range of shops with more moderate prices, including Aventura Mall and CocoWalk.

The city also has its fair share of culture, including the Art Deco District, which houses the world’s largest collection of Art Deco architecture, including some of the brightly-lit Miami Beach hotels on Ocean Drive.

Comprising a series of islands just across Biscayne Bay from Miami (the route you take from Miami Airport), this city has a heavy Latin American influence, which is evident in the cuisine and fantastic nightlife. Whether you choose Miami Beach accommodations in the North Beach, Mid Beach or South Beach areas, a Cuba Libre - rum and coke - is never far away.

Hotels that Guests Love in Miami Beach

    • Great bargain considering hotels cost a kings ransom in Miami Beach. Room had high ceilings with white washed wood beams. Reminded me of a Spanish palace. The air-conditioning was very effective and really quiet. Sleep cheap and then hang out at the really expensive hotels for patio breakfast on the beach or cocktails.

    • We only stayed one night before our cruise.I could take public transportation to the port from here. I was very pleased. This was the cheapest place I could find in all of Miami Beach. It is a short walk to the beach and you can take public transportation from the airport to the hotel.somebody told me not to stay in Nort Miami beach as it was unsafe but i didn't feel unsafe at all day or night.I was out both times of day.Plenty of hotels in this area and lots of shops and restaurants and even Publix within walking distance.

    • The staff at the front desk were amazing. I flew in from NYC to see my girlfriend and for some fun in the sun. I didn't really know what to expect but we were blown away, the place is much bigger than depicted in the pictures, its spacious enough for 4 adults to sleep comfortably. It's literally 3 minutes from the nice, clean, warm waters of North Miami beach (15 minutes drive to South Beach & Wynwood) and there are plenty of great restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. We are definitely staying here again!!

    • Easy walk to fabulous beach and plenty of choice of restaurant cuisines. We were lucky and got one of the three out front parking places. Enjoyed the outside space at the rear of the hotel; nice place to sit with a glass of wine after a long day and to meet some of our fellow guests. Bus routes to Miami Beach South and Downtown Miami just outside so no need to use the car.

    • The hotel is on Collins Avenue, the heart of Miami Beach. But it is 25 blocks north of the action. It is only 100 yards to the beach and that is what we wanted. The beach access is awesome. Parking is $36/day at 43rd & Collins and may be full during high season.
