Excellent hotel. At O'Hare airport and one can walk to teminal buildings via underrground tunnels. One also very conveniently take the monorail to various terminals or the long term parking and car rentals location. Romm was very clean and quiet. Staff were excellent.

The beds are the best!!! I can’t say enough about how amazing it was. I did not expect this. It was perfect for a quick overnight so that I could catch an early morning flight. Price point was perfect for the quality of the room. Room had been recently rehabbed. Plenty of outlets to charge Phone and IPad. Lighting was great - had all the creature comforts - mini fridge, microwave, etc. Chose this location due to price, comp shuttle to the airport and the positive reviews on cleanliness. Would choose again if need arises.

Only problem was the washer & dryer required operation with quarters and not with credit cards. The laundry room washing machine and the dryer could easily be converted to "cashless" with an XCP VendaVolt Visa & MasterCard Cell Phone Payment App. Suggest contacting XCP Corp and purchase the cashless payment conversion kit for these machines. This is what most of the other Sonesta Hotels have done.

We were not impressed with having to pay $20 per night for parking on site. You would think that would have been included in the already overly priced room fee. $750 for 2 nights plus additional $40 to just park there, with very limited parking available.

The room was not serviced before our arrival. Pizza from previous guest in fridge. No linen on bed and rubbish not removed from waste bins. Dirty linen in bags in the shower. The worst hotel we experienced in 30 years of travel. We will not be back.

Rosemont super close to the airport which was why we chose to stay here.
The Fashion outlet is also quite close to the hotel. We just had an overnight stay at the hotel so can't comment much on any other features of the place.
It was a really nice room with a clean, functional bathroom and a very comfortable bed. The restaurant supplied a good breakfast with plenty of choice. We changed to this Hotel because of its Airport Shuttle service, which was an essential for us. Also because we had used a Hyatt Hotel earlier during this trip which we liked, although more expensive than some we though it still good value. They also let us use the Shuttle service to connect to the Blue line of the CTA to get into the city centre.
This is a great hotel with friendly and welcoming staff and lovely rooms. The bar and restaurant attached to the hotel are lovely but the restaurant isn't cheap. I would recommend it to anyone thinking of stopping over in this area. However, there is not very much in the local area so i would recommend it if you have your own form of transport, i.e. car etc.
Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous with their time and advice. I love the rooms with separate bedrooms. Very convenient from airport. This have become one of my favorite hotels in Chicago.
Chosen for its location within walking distance to the Ohare Airport rental car facility, shuttle to the airport, and access to downtown Chicago, via the Blue Line, this hotel proved to be perfect for an overnight in Chicago with its large, clean, comfortable room, restaurant and bar on site, and friendly staff.
We had a wonderful experience! Maretta (not sure if spelling is correct) gave us an upgrade as the "guest of the day". We got a better room and free parking and breakfast! The facility was clean and nice. We were there for a convention that was held in the hotel, so very convenient. Everything was terrific!
Pictures can be deceiving . Rooms aren't up to date . First room we stayed in water pressure was low and water wouldn't get warm . Second room was alright . There's a lot better hotels in the area for a little more ended up staying at the Westin the next night because we were disappointed
It is near a metro station from a line that goes to the airport and the city, so metro is easy to use to get there. The hotel also provides a free shuttle to the airport, with a lot of frequency and, in our case, it was very punctual. The beds are comfy and everything was very clean.
We were on a very short trip to Chicago and needed something close to the airport, so this hotel was a great choice. It is very close to the Fashion Outlets Mall, so for people interested in shopping, it can be a very convenient location since it is within walking distance.
The hotel is in a very convenient position 10 minutes drive from the airport.
The room was nice, clean and quite comfortable (airplane's noise was not a big issue, though quite earable).
Breakfast in the attached restaurant was OK.
The Hotel is old but it is being renewed ,still you see the rooms are old ,toilets are renewed.It is clean and well located for the travellers who needs to be near the Chicago Airport.
