Very well designed rooms and facilities with very tasteful and well finishing. All amenities are very well functioning and modern. Very friendly host and hostesses, hotel is managed by a very friendly, kind and positive family. Hotel cook is the Luigi’s (the owner of the hotel, the father) daughter, she is very capable cook who prepared my husband’s surprise birthday cake (chocolate cake) and it was very tasty. She makes the best tiramisu in the whole Amalfi coast. We stayed in every Amalfi coast town and visited all trip-advisor recommended restaurants, her tiramisu is the best one. Luigi offered us a ride several times to beach and Positano and back, even Luigi (Federico his son also helped a lot) helped us when we had transportation problems after checking out. The magnificent family with beautiful soul and it reflects within the hotel. The third floor terrace has very beautiful view, do not plan anything extra for dinner. You can have the most romantic dinner with the perfect view at Pellegrino hotel with lovely hosts. Thank you a lot for the beautiful stay.

The most genuine and most hospitable hosts which opened their beautiful palace to tourists! The two brothers and mother of this property go above and beyond for their guests- they are quick to offer recommendations and help via WhatsApp, the breakfast is amazing, the rooms are gorgeous (+very clean). It is in the best location- it is steps away from the best beach in Gallipoli and is in the main center city. The two brothers grew up in this palace, they were even baptized in a church that used to exist inside of it and they showed us where they went to school just a few metres nearby- so special. My little one thought their teacups in their grand room were straight out of Beauty and the Beast- it is truly a magical place!! The kind mom of the house even gifted my little one an octopus stuffie which my daughter now sleeps with every night🥰 We will never forget our stay with these beautiful people in their beautiful palace in Gallipoli. We travel a lot and can confidently say these are the best hosts we have ever met.

Beautiful Masseria, very thoughtfully designed. We had a lovely and peaceful experience. Incredibly gracious hosts, dinner and breakfast were excellent.

Everything One of the best places I’ve stayed in The world. Very unique experience. We actually stayed in the castle, it was fantastic. The owners are extremely sweet and helpful. It was a night to remember. The dinner was fantastic. The tour around the castle. The rooms were perfect, unforgettable! Very very highly recommended

Everything was exceptional all the staff was super friendly rooms are big and always clean, the location is perfect, breakfast is delicious, the staff was very helpful they helped us to book for tours around Rome, and they managed a taxi for us when ever we needed it. I would definitely recommend this hotel and I would love to go again.

If I could give Hotel Casa Sofia more than a 10 rating I would. Christian was a fantastic host, provided me with so much information prior to my arrival , collected me from the bus stop & welcomed me like family friends. Casa Sofia is spotlessly clean, very kind staff. My room was spacious comfortable bed, had all I required and a view of dreams. Bonus having a balcony to sit and relax and enjoy the view. Breakfast was excellent with a great choice and served on a beautiful terrace.

The staff here was exceptional. They are so welcoming and friendly, ready to help with anything. The rooms were gorgeous. In fact it was hard to choose which room to stay in. We went with our 1-year old so the rooms were a perfect size. They even accommodated us with a pack and play which our daughter loved! I can't say enough great things about this stay. The property is absolutely gorgeous, the rooms were very comfortable, its in the heart of Chianti...I can go on. They even mailed out my postcards for me. We WILL be back here.

Staff was very friendly and informative. Loved the whirlpool and waking to the sounds of Etna erupting. Got a personal concert from a robin while in the whirlpool. Food is great too. Nice hikes nearby. Frequent visits from the local fox - I forget its name, but it does have one.
