I like comfort, desing and location in the hotel.

The hotel is built at an extremely nice place for city turism -- right at the corner of the "Ring" and the Danube channel. Tram stops are within 30 metres and tne closest Underground station is within one tram stop, less than 5 minutes walk. There are nice backery shops and kiosks for having breakfast as the locals do. We have been there by Railjet eurocity train, so there we gained no experiences in car parking there. However the hotel is within 20 minutes travel distance from the Western Railway Station by local transportation.

I have read in the comments at booking.com page that no wifi available in the rooms. So there I took my own wifi router to the room and connected to the Internet with the cable hotel reception staff provided with. I was therefore prepared for this gap, but I think such a hotel profile that Agagio represents would benefit from a wifi service opportunity that is available as a default service in the hotel.

Helpful with our specific queries, that is wifi not in rooms only cable can use wifi in lobby area but on arrival explained that they had given us an apartment on the first floor as wifi more likely to work in these apartments but could not guarantee this. We found that wifi did work in our first floor apartment which was very convenient. Other query was laundry, this was easy to operate on lower level but dryer broken down managed to dry our laundry in our apartment though

Took us a while to work out what the rumble was underneath the building then realised that it was the underground metro, this did not worry us re noise at night though

excellent room with all needed appliances. very modern, clean and comfortable. excellent location (just 15 minutes on foot to stefansplatz) with the tram station in 2-3 minutes. to wien mitte (cat station) just 10 minutes on foot.

i had some minor problems with internet connection in the room (the rooms have only adsl connection, no wifi). but it was very quickly resolved but i steel think that wifi in the room could be a better solution.

Excellent value- we had a mini-apartment and it was great to have breakfast without having to get dressed. As well, the hotel was in an excellent location- right off the Ringstrasse and close to everything we wanted to do.

Since we were staying 11 nights, we did not have our room cleaned until the seventh day. That was fine, but we would have appreciated a towel change every third day as part of the rental.

Very poor breakfast, better without. No parking, but there's no problem to park outside with parking ticket.

A very nice, comfortable and quiet apartment. Good location within easy reach of the city center and good public transport. Very helpful staff. We've really enjoyed our stay!
