Newly, beautifully renovated apartment in a central location, but quiet as the apartment is facing the courtyard. Located near the Museumsquatiers, the Secession and the famous Wiener Naschmarkt, where you can get the right feel for this historic city. Enjoy the perfect downtown location of the apartment.

Perfect location: Museumsquatier is located about 5 minutes by foot, which is the largest complex of contemporary art in Europe, with restaurants, trendy bars, bars, as well as the Art Museum of Natural History and the historical "Spittelberg" with its famous Christmas markets. The old town with its famous attractions, the Hofburg, St. Stephen's Cathedral are all easily reached by foot in about 15 minutes or 2 stationen with the underground U3, which is nearby. 5 minutes to U2, U3 - station - Volkstheater Tram on the ring 10 minutes. Public parking garage nearby.
