Entry to the property will be via the Staymyway App. All guests must register their identity documents ( upload hotos of identity documents and selfie), and sign the traveler's reports/rental contract trough the Staymyway Application before their arrival at the property, for subsequent submission to the Ministry of the Interior in compliance with R/D 933/2021 of 26 October, regarding the registration of guests in tourist accommodations/hotels.
Once they have checked in, they will receive the virtual keys to access to the property.
Guests who do not wish to register their identity documents online, must request check in in person at the property, this service has a cost of 30 EUR.
