Very welcoming staff. Nothing was a bother and all the staff happy to help.
Good food freshly prepared.
Bar was cosy and a nice place to relax over a drink before dinner.
We had an early departure before breakfast and the lady on duty the night before insisted that they made fresh bacon rolls to take with us. Lovely thought and huge bacon baps!

Solid parking, well laid out quarters, very clean, and the location was close to shopping. The hosts were also very helpful in getting the initial access sorted. The rooms also sit back off of the street, so we heard little noise from the outside. In addition, the back windows provided access to a very cool back deck while also letting in the light and fresh air.

Make sure you go on market day in summer and take a cool bag...
Make sure you go on market day in summer and take a cool bag to make the most of the produce. Check out the yarn shop - a fantastic spot for knitters. Take time to wander round the town and have a look at the almshouses to see what social housing used to look like.

I’ve travelled to Chipping Norton for work over the years it’s a place I’ve always enjoyed travelling to, I took my partner for a rare night away. She agreed it’s a beautiful place even the new builds blend into the scenery and there are so many different places to go off and see

It’s a beautifully furnished one bed house which was ideal for our 3 nights’ stay, very close to the high street, Chipping Norton, yet so peaceful and quiet. The home had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing holiday. Great hikes nearby for us and the dogs to enjoy. A very comfortable bed with good quality bed linen and pillows.
