This hotel has only been open a short while and they have everything spot on.... Exceptional!
Firstly EVERY member of staff we met were warm, engaging and genuine, made us feel so welcome. Continental breakfast to die for... Beautiful smoked salmon and cheeses, to pancakes and fresh fruit galore. Immaculately clean everywhere. Cosy room, very comfortable bed with little luxury touches. Beautifully decorated/plants throughout, in keeping with this magnificent building and surrounding countryside.
Will definitely be staying there again in the Spring and can highly recommend it.

We went to Conway for an Easter break with our 4 year old Grandchild. We also took our well behaved dog Harvey. We have travelled all over Europe with our dog and never had a problem taking him anywhere.
However most restaurants, pubs and shops in Conway we found would not allow dogs. Even the castle where we were unable to experience this main attraction with our grandchild and the staff being very dismissive when we asked. We were not allowed into the shoe shop!
Despite having a wonderful cottage to stay in, we will not be staying in Conway again and will inform other dog owners of this unfriendly side to the town.

Quiet at this time of year, (February) gets very busy in summer.
We found a good Indian restaurant, Spice Safai, only very small, but the food was very good.
Parking charges during the day are a bit high, not very welcoming for visitors, but they have you over a barrel!
The castle dominates the town and is quite something. We didn't visit it perhaps next time.
Lots of quirky shops etc.

Conwy is a beautiful medieval walled town and is a World Heritage Site. Conwy Castle is stunning and greets you as you drive over the bridge into Conwy, looking even more stunning when it is lit up at night. Plas Mawr can be found in the centre of the town. Also, a popular 1920's public house called The Albion. Fishing boats line the pretty quay, where you will also find the Smallest House and The Liverpool Arms, with a backdrop of Conwy Mountain. Conwy marina is just around the corner with a lovely pub/restaurant, The Mulberry, a stones throw from the golf club. Lots of independent shops, pubs, cafes and restaurants to choose from.

Great place to see in one go.
Great place to see in one go. The castle is nicely preserved and you have some excellent views from the top. The history is interesting as well. The city center is nice and walkable - lots of little shops to find gems in. Good restaurants/bistros as well. The marina is a good place to watch the birds, the crabs and the ships while eating some icecream!
Don't go in by car! If you come by car, stop at the parking outside of the city walls and walk in, otherwise, it can be difficult to find parking. Also, if you enjoy walking but a calm atmosphere, go earlier in the morning. It gets a little cramped with tourists by lunch.
Favorite place - a tiny shop selling welsh cheese 1 street over from the castle.
Excellent room size with a view of Conwy Castle. Staff were exceptionally friendly and helpful. Nothing was too much trouble. The cooked breakfast choices were very good with a varied selection. I would have liked some fruit salad for breakfast in preference to single items of fruit, though. We ate dinner in the restaurant for 2 out of the 3 nights. The food was superb with good choices, catering for all requirements.
Loved the experience at Hilton 🙂nearly cancelled after reading reviews! So glad we didn't as the hotel was great very clean and modern . Good shower bedding ,perfect for our 14 year old who loved the table tennis and pool which were free .
Water sports were great 👍 we tried paddle boarding .local town fantastic, great breakfast next to the castle Hotel in conwy .
Staff were lovely and friendly 😊
The hotel provides food which is as good as i have experienced in this area. The location on the edge of the village is ideal and also near to the main North Wales expressway allowing access to all main towns in North Wales. The staff are great, its owned by the folk who do the work and they have an eye for quality and detail.
The hotel is in an excellent position for touring the north Wales coastline. We had an excellent large room with sea views and views of Conwy Castle. Evening meals were good overall but could have done with more options on the menu. There was a birthday card waiting in the room for my wife which was a nice gesture.
We were blown away by this hotel! It’s nestled in beautiful North Wales countryside, an old Manor House with beautiful gardens and scenery. The lobby, reception room and lounge area are rustic and welcoming. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. The room was delightful.
This is an exceptional B&B. Our host, Melissa was very attentive. The decor is very original. The bed was very comfy. Breakfast in the bedroom, delivered in a basket left outside our door, was great! The house is right by the castle in the old town centre. Thanks, Melissa!
A lovely little hotel on a cobbled street in the heart of Conwy. Very close to the castle, train station, restaurants and bars. Beautiful inside and out, with free parking adjacent. Comfy bed, amazing shower. Lovely breakfast which is in the pub over the road.
Nice to have a parking space very close to the town centre of Conwy, check in was easy, room had an amazing view and spacious for a twin room (I guess this won't be the case when the Covid rules disappear), good shower in the room, breakfast was not too bad.
Perfect last-minute one night stay in this charming hotel. Comfortable and opulent room, spotlessly clean with everything we could need. Staff were friendly and helpful, free parking on-site, smack bang where we needed to be in the little town of Conwy.
Very nice hotel I think the best in Conwy, really stands out as the best place in town, so happy I booked it.
Staff, rooms, restaurant, food, location all perfect . If I ever go back to Conwy I’m staying here.
Very Nice 19th Century home. The owners were very good hosts and we enjoyed our stay very much. Breakfast was delicious. Would highly recommend if staying in Conwy. Just a short walk from town center.
Spotlessly clean. Lovely location. Short walk into Conwy Town. Very considerate welcome package of a freshly baked loaf, homemade butter, fresh milk and a cake. Comfortable bed and superb shower.
Good location for our Snowdonia hike and to walk to the village of Conwy. Host provided shampoo/conditioner and soap. We also used the instant coffee and milk provided.
The location was right near the castle and town centre. Lovely hot shower with good pressure. Cosy and comfortable beds. Free use of Netflix and Sky TV.
