Location was great to the track and staff were friendly and helpful. The pool was nice in the morning to use though the sauna was not working but not an issue.

Beautiful quiet location but close to town lovely owner Stan who told us about the area and the land, my children loved it great outdoor space with swings slide trampoline and a goal definitely booking to go back

The Carriage House was so much more spacious than we were expecting. It was very clean and comfortable. We slept very well. There were no problems with the mattress at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. We stayed during Wimbledon so the smart TVs were much appreciated.

Had a lovely big easy access room which was a short walk from reception etc…bathroom enormous and everything needed was in there. All Dove toiletries. Breakfast was excellent and, for once, coffee was tasty and hot. Something we never seem to find in hotels…all in all, a lovely stay..

    location was perfect for race track and golf course. Restaurant had limited offer due to covid and no seating with 5 pound charge delivery to door so we did not use. Parking was 10 a day so expensive. 2 lamps did not work in the room. No bath only shower. Room was clean.

    A great base to explore Canterbury and the coast by car. Quiet and clean and comfortable, the house has everything that’s needed for self-catering - full kitchen, washing machine, large bathroom, and separate sitting room.
