The room was comfortable, clean and private. Having an onsite dining and breakfast facility made it easy to just enjoy the stay, without having to wonder where to go for meals. The hotel was on the edge of the town and easily accessible. The township and shops were just minutes walk away.

I stayed for a week. Excellent location, right in the middle of the old town, steps from the harbour and close to all the shops and restaurants. Of course there was some outside noise at night, but it was generally quiet by about 11.30pm. I could hear owls hooting one night! I was upgraded to a suite consisting of a lounge, bedroom and bathroom. It's located in an old building, so the floors were wonky, but plenty of room. I didn't meet the owners when I was there, I collected and dropped off the key at the PW1 bar downstairs, but it wasn't a problem. The small fridge and electric jug were appreciated.

Such a lovely inn with a quintessential English country house vibe. The lobby has a fireplace and red leather sofa and chair. There were great jazz/old standards music playing to add to the atmosphere. The staff is friendly, and our room was charming and comfortable with nice toiletries in the bath. Breakfast was delicious.

Padstow was bustling and had a lovely holiday feel to it. Very pricey and full of luxury shops and boutiques. Great array of restaurants and cafes to choose from. We really enjoyed pootling around it to be honest. It was low season so this might have helped.

Comfortable place. Plenty of shops and eateries.
Comfortable place. Plenty of shops and eateries. Atmospheric location with glorious beaches and countryside to explore. Sea air! As it was Christmas some places and shops closed on the day but we were told beforehand and made arrangements for ourselves. Padstow is a working fishing port in addition to a tourist hot spot. To be there when it was quiet nurtured the sense of times past before tourism sprang up.
Proper 'ansome place and the locals are brilliant as they should be living all year round in such an environment.

Padstow was fantastic.
Padstow was fantastic. Where I stayed was a total disappointment but actual Padstow was lovely. I’ve been many times and it’s a beautiful place. Extremely busy in the summer months, you can’t walk freely just constantly walking out of other peoples way and many dogs. The harbour is pretty, lots of lovely shops and places to eat. Always have to visit the Blue Wing gallery for some unique jewellery and to my favourite ice cream shop on the corner. Me and my husband adopted blue lobsters from the lobster hatchery a few years ago so that’s always a nice place to visit too and adopt some more. Parking however isn’t so fun, it’s a steep walk down from the car park or if you park in the streets. Would highly recommend a cycle or walk along the camel trail from Padstow to Wadebridge it’s beautiful!

We were lucky enough to be in Padstow in the day with the highest tide of the year (7mt) and unique weather conditions (5% of the year) - I loved the cosy atmosphere of the harbour area, the incredible fascinating tide cycle, changing the scenary of the Camel estuary from morning to evening. We enjoyed to walk through the South coastal path along the 7 bays/beaches trail for approax 19 km up and back. In the morning the tide was low, till afternoon and we could walk on the bed of the river, with this amazing sense of the nature power. The we walked on top of the clives, with incredible scenaries and got into the water of the Ocean , so transparent and clean. We also took a see wild boat trip to the ocean where we were apprached by dolphins in a calm flat ocean. Last but not least ... we cood find a seta at the Rick Stein restaurant for a marvellous seafood dinner. A memorable staying! I strongly recommend this place ... cannot just be sure of the weather thoug :-)

Lovely and lively town with great nearby beaches, lots of outdoor activities to offer (bike trails, boat tours, water sports, etc.). An absolute dog heaven! Great foodie experience if you love fish and seafood. Recommend Rick Stein's fish and chips restaurant and Deli, as well as Prawn on the Lawn (my personal favourite). We had an opportunity to dine at Paul Ainsworth's No. 6 and it was a fantastic experience with top professional staff and delicious food.
Parking can get tricky on sunny days and weekends!!
The location is perfect, right on the harbour front, near all the amenities Padstow has to offer and opposite a public car park. Our room was small but nicely decorated and clean, the bed was really comfy and had good quality bed linen. The quality of the tea tray was excellent and we liked the addition of take away coffee cups. The member of staff who greeted us and showed us to our room was very friendly and welcoming, and the staff at breakfast were also friendly and relaxed and our breakfast was good quality.
The staff, without exception, were all lovely and went out of their way to make the stay a good one. The breakfast staff especially - waiter and chefs - were very welcoming and got each day off to a good start. The manager also made sure that we were reserved a table on Sunday with prime view of the screen to watch the football.
The rooms are large, comfortable and clean and have fantastic views down to Padstow and Rock harbour.
The restaurant is also spacious and has a good range of food and drinks.
the view from our room was amazing. it was large and spacious. the bathroom was incredible - i think the floors were heated!! great tub and a tv was in just the right place to watch and take a soak. the restaurant was first class. the best part I loved was the people. i felt like I was a friend passing through. they were so kind and really wanted to get to know me and stay a bit longer to have a drink in the pub to chat. it was a great experience to be there.
Great location in St. Merryn village in the country a few miles from Padstow, a couple of minutes from the great fish & chips shop, a fancy restaurant, and excellent dog-friendly pub...great location to explore this part of Cornwall's coast...just two guest suites....comfy bed...very nice breakfasts, helpful hints from friendly proprietors Beth and John...great daytrips to Trevine Head, Padstow and Tintagel Castle.
The feel of the lodge, proximity of the site to Padstow, the Eden Project amd Falmouth. We went mid week off peak so quiet & nice, wouldn't go when peak season as I think that then it wouldn't be relaxing at all. The fact it is dog friendly is a big bonus, lots of places for our dog to run around and explore.
Beautiful, luxury accommodation. Mark was extremely helpful and we loved the chilled bubbly and warm welcome on arrival Great location close to centre of Padstow with parking!! Excellent breakfast at Rick Stein's as part of the deal. Pricey but well worth it for a special occasion.
Thanks Mark.
The location was great just a gentle stroll and you are in the centre of Padstow. The hotel was exceptionally clean and Jane and Andy were outstanding hosts and very knowledgeable about the area. Andy’s bacon and egg roll was wonderful. I would definitely recommend this to family and friends.
Beautifully clean and well presented house in an excellent location only a 9 minute walk from Padstow Harbour. Both James and Lisa were friendly, helpful and accommodating. The breakfast was also really good and in a lovely dining lounge room that overlooks the estuary across the rooftops.
Lovely cottage in a perfect, peaceful location. We used it as a great base to explore beautiful Padstow and Cornwall. Close to so many Gorgeous beaches including Harbour Cove and Harlyn Bay. We had an idyllic weeks stay at The Bellagio and would definitely return. Would Highly recommend.
Well organised, easy to find and well located for the Padstow area and accessible to other parts of Cornwall. The property was nicely furnished, with a high standard of fixtures and fittings, comfortable beds, storage space and a private parking space. Very happy with our stay.

Very clean modern dwelling, in an excellent location to explore the Cornish coast from Padstow to Mawgen Porth, as well as visiting sites beyond. Comfortable accomodation with good facilities including shop open till late. We had a very comfortable long weekend.
Beautiful Lodge very clean and spacious. Everything you need for a stay. Decent food at the on-site restaurant. Great location for Padstow nearby. Easy to get too. Quiet and good parking facility. Showers were great and bed really comfy.
The property was easy to find with an allocated parking space right outside. It's small but very comfortable and is in a quieter area of Padstow about five minutes' stroll from the shops, pubs and restaurants in the harbour area.
Great location in a quiet village beside a small river.
Bedroom very comfortable and spacious. Gorgeous views of little river .
Breakfast excellent with a good choice of cooked breakfasts.
Beautiful hotel, genuine, welcoming team, excellent service and great food at breakfast and dinner. My son and I felt safe, comfortable and well looked after. Thank you to you all!
