The room we stayed in was very spacious and comfortable. There were extra amenities in the room, like soaps for the shower, along with coffee and tea and a kettle. The establishment was easy to navigate, and the staff were friendly. The area was very quiet at night and we had a very restful stay! Parking was plentiful and convenient. The breakfast was very filling! Lots of fresh options, hot and cold.

    A lovely hotel with beautiful rooms only let down by the fact if you want to check in early it will cost you £15 and when we arrived later in the evening the hotel's reception was empty and we had to wait almost 45 minutes to check in,

    The hotel is nearer to the motorway than to Kirkham so I had little reason to travel into Kirkham. there is a football stadium, aldi and fast food restaurants between the hotel and the town centre.

    Kirkham is approximately 30 minutes drive from Blackpool, as due to Covid breakfast was not available in The VIllas express, we drew to Blackpool and had our excellent breakfast. Because we planned to have a day out in Blackpool.

    Unusual hotel location inside a football stadium, but fantastic, all the staff were friendly and accommodating, the room well equipped and super clean, the breakfast was amazing! from the full fry up to lots of extras, thank you all.

    It was immaculate, everyone was lovely and friendly all the staff were helpful. Not a massive hotel so wasn’t too busy and was quiet. The breakfast was fantastic in the morning all freshly cooked! Fantastic value for money!

    The room had the necessary facilities. Check in was easy and there was easy parking outside the hotel. Dogs are allowed (at an additional £10 a night) which is great when travelling with a pet.
