Lovely freshly cooked breakfast with unlimited coffee & juice. The evening meal was particularly good & the waitress was really friendly. Room was small but clean & comfortable. This was our second stay & it’s so much nicer than somewhere like the premier inn.

The location right next to the venue where my daughter had RG tests there.
Big window, wonderful view. Soundproof walls as next day I saw a group of children leaving the building and either there were silent or the walls are soundproof.

We didn't see much of Telford as we were attending a UW conference. What we did notice driving around Telford to get where we were going was how clean it was. We will definitely be coming back to visit Telford itself later in the year.

Would thoroughy recommend the liquor room for cocktails and miller and carter for evening meal. Don’t stay at Mercure Telford City hotel though ….. have done so twice now with bad experience both times.

We came to attend an angling championship.
We came to attend an angling championship. The weather was exceptionally wet. Roads were closed and Ironbridge was flooded. We attended the competition and went home as soon as we could. We did revisit the Grazing Cow restaurant for our second evening meal. The food was good and a good atmosphere.

Birthplace of the industrial revolution, there are plenty of historical ruins and artifacts to see. Ironbridge is amazing considering when it was built. Multi museum pass is best value if you are staying for a couple of days. There are plenty of small villages to explore but be prepared for the narrow farm tracks if venturing off the main A roads.
Taxi’s are available in and around Telford but if you are travelling to a rural location such as Neenton (the Pheasant) you will need to contact a taxi firm such as 1st Choice Taxi’s in advance to make a firm booking. Uber services don’t Appear to be available once you are a few miles from Telford itself and mobile data is not always available.

Brilliant location with so many great attractions!
Brilliant location with so many great attractions! Town park is fantastic and all free! We also visited the exotic zoo which was lovely too! So much to do in the area, we will return again and stay longer next time to fit more in!
Sharon the Night Receptionist was excellent! Our taxi GO CARS left us stranded at Western Park late at night and she arranged for the Manager to pick us up, she was lovely so kind and helpful, she also was working the next day on breakfast service and was so positive, didnt complain - maintained a real professional positive front for the hotel, I think she should be recognized for this and for going above and beyond. Thank you to Sharon and the night Manager. We are so grateful. Lovely breakfast too and nothing too much trouble
My go-to for my monthly work trip to Telford. In the 18 months I’ve been working up there I’ve tried a few hotels around the Donnington area with varying degrees of success… Fallowfield is definitely the fave (and probably one of the cheapest too!). Friendly staff, clean rooms, comfy bed, a decent evening meal / brekkie from the pub and a 24-hr garage 2 mins walk away when those late night “I fancy a choccie bar” attacks hit! When you’re travelling for business, what more do you need?!
Everyone from reception, restaurant, Bar and other staff they were all polite very friendly and nothing was to much trouble. The meals were good and well presented in a very good clean large restaurant.
The hotel is well placed for Telford shopping centre and for the Iron bridge gorge and also for RAF Cosford Air Museum which free to enter.
The hotel even did a early breakfast on the Sunday morning for anybody attending the Cosford Airshow.
Our room had a balcony with a lovely view over the lake. Breakfast was very good and we were pleasantly surprised that it was a buffet. Hotel located in a beautiful area and if you wanted to it was possible to walk across from there to the nature reserve. The food and drink was quite good value and well affordable.
Really friendly welcome, large and very clean room. Location is great for Telford, Ironbridge and RAF Cosford air museum. The staff work very hard and are very friendly. Breakfast was excellent, large and with nice quality ingredients. Great value for money. Plenty of free parking.
The location is very good but look for the school. The house is one of four next to a bungalow. A Co-op is nearby. Lovely cafe very close for breakfast. The house was very warm and comfy. Lots to do in Ironbridge and Telford. The town park in Telford has lots for families to do.
We usually stay at the Ramada hotel just over the road, but glad we didn't on this occasion, it was excellent and guaranteed to be open at Christmas so no need to go to another hotel due to low occupancy, really enjoyed the gym, room very comfortable, just the shower a let down
Overall pleasant stay, suited our needs. Nice spaced house and ideal location for our needs. Plenty to do in the local area. Good little bits available in the house like toilet paper, towels, washing up liquid etc very useful. Good size garden and rooms.
Good location for visiting the area. Good parking availability in the car park opposite. Nearby shops.
Relatively quiet area. Fully equipped for a weekend break and longer! Short 10 min drive away from Telford's main town center.
Very central in Telford. Plenty of free parking for hotel guests. Restaurant good with prices reasonable for a 4* hotel.
Good size rooms. Easy drive to Ironbridge historic sites. Restaurant manager exceptional.
Friendly hotel a little tired but there is refurbishment work in progress Staff very friendly but seemed to be constantly under pressure and you have to ask for things multiple times
The grounds around the hotel are very well kept.
Lovely setting. So very near the Telford shopping centre. Within walking distance.
Breakfast was very good. Staff really friendly.
A lovely breakfast, all you needed for the day ahead and a great evening meal served by very kind staff.
Close to Telford for my needs and just a short drive away.
We went to visit Telford and found the International Hotel was just around the corner from the shopping centre and the hotel was great value for money.
