The location was good and the food & beverage staff were excellent however, we were unable to allow us to check in 3 hours early. When returning late afternoon we were assigned a terrible room. When complained we were move to a disabled room which was very small and would have been impossible for wheelchair access. The good part was the size of the bathroom and walk in shower which didn't function until serviced the following day.

A nice little village with plenty of pretty places.
A nice little village with plenty of pretty places. Best to stay in a hotel or guest house in the village and not the Ramadan hotel which is on the motorway. Royal wisely gardens it's not too far away plus brookfields which is an air craft museum plus other things ext .

It was good that we had vegan options available.
It was good that we had vegan options available. We were able to order a late meal and take our dog with us to a separate dining area- though that had no view.
We found the evening menu was rather expensive. The meal was good.
Breakfast was included and offered a wonderful variety for all tastes cultures and dietary requirements. Staff were helpful and service was good. We were delighted to be able to dine al fresco with our dog.
Our room was spotlessly clean and eco-friendly.

Huge bed with great mattress.
Huge bed with great mattress. Good parking, nice location if not overlooking the car park. If you have special requests you must speak to the hotel - no one else and do it well before you arrive. I booked through booking.com. Do not make the same mistake.

Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives.
Nice hotel, did not eat as visiting relatives. Staff on reception very courteous, friendly and professional. We will return and next time we will eat in the restaurant and let you know our opinion. Very clean but get better duvets - it will save you on electricity as heating will not have to turned up to high.

I have written my thoughts on our stay earlier in the review. One thing I would add is that the picture of the property in the advertising I didn't find flattering. It looks much more attractive in real life than in the photo which made me doubtful about booking. However I'm glad I did.

The room was nice but too cold.
The room was nice but too cold. The room thermostat seemed to be set at 21 degrees which should be warm enough but the room was cold and the temperature could not be changed. The bathroom floor was particularly cold!
The staff seemed a little uncomfortable with early checkouts.
It was nicely furnished and felt like home. As a family of 4, the kids each had a room and so did we, so there was peace The kitchen was well equipped, we would recommend a smaller frying pan as the one available was a tad bit large. It well situated - walking distance to Cobham Center, Waitrose and Gail’s. We really enjoyed our stay and would book it again when in Cobham.
I am really glad that I went back last weekend after a couple of years of stopping , the hotel has had a renovation, the staff were very attentive and friendly.
The room was lovely and the towels were excellent, best that I have ever had in a hotel. The food was good.
I cannot find a fault. Well done Hilton Cobham, back to being a great hotel again.
Great stop during a long drive towards Gatwick Airport. Good value for once night on the motorway, quiet and cool with air conditioning.
Next door to Cobham services which offer lots of food choices and convenience.
Convenient Motel at Motorway Service Station. Room was clean, but on the small side. Useful stopover for Heathrow or Gatwick. Very competitively priced. Parking overnight is free for hotel guests.
lovely room, very nice hotel.Quiet considering it is near the A3. Good facilities and as long as you have a car, it is quite near Cobham with lots of restaurants and things to do
Very good standard all round. Public areas relaxing and comfortable. Lovely breakfast with great choice. Easily accessible to where we were visiting. Will definitely stay again!
Room was clean and the staff were very welcoming. As the hotel is on a motorway services there were plenty of food options if you don't want to have hotel breakfast.
