A light and airy lounge, bar and restaurant area. Used for business lunches during weekdays. More children on the weekends due to the proximity to Harry Potter Studios, but they are out all day. The food menu is diverse enough if you are planning on eating there over a few days, and the food is good. The staff are welcoming and pleasant, especially at breakfast. The room was clean and quiet. I would definitely return there happily.

The staff are so helpful. It’s easy to get to - perfect for Harry Potter world. There seemed to be a few other attractions near by too. The pool and gym were a little shabby but the kids loved it and it was a great way to tire them out. The staff were lovely. Really helpful. Put surprise birthday card and sweets in the room foe my son, which he loved. The room was tiny. Just enough space to walk between the double bed and the sofa bed. Bothe mattresses were extremely uncomfortable. Breakfast was basic and not much choice. We got there at around 9 and some stuff had run out and without asking wouldn't of been refilled.AAnonymous

The receptionist gentleman even was sensitive about not mentioning Harry Potter Studios to my daughter (just in case it was a surprise for her). All the staff were cheerful and nice. The facilities also are great. The breakfast was so good and the location of the restaurant is great too. Lovely conservatory area. The room was very nice and comfortable. The Wifi was great.
