Nice town. Not a good hotel experience at The Queens Head. Too many "not availables" from the menu and were not told when we booked that this was the case. We settled for the only pie available - Venison-. It was hot but the pie crust was rock hard.Whenasked if the pie was OK the response was no and we're asked why we did not complain. Because there was nothing else on the menu we wanted to eat --everything was unavailable that we would have chosen. Breakfast was very good and the room was OK.
