We booked a double room at the last moment as we were passing by Ragusa. The room was very clean with all the amenities you could ask for. Staff is very friendly and helpful. The location is excellent, at the entrance of the old town but also near the car parking.

Very good location to visit the Syracuse-Ortigia and the Baroque cities Modica- Ragusa-Sciccly and Noto. We where in Ragusa Ibla, very cozy old Baroque city with good restaurants ( even for Michelin Lovers there where 2 restaurants with stars ) For doing the tour of the Baroque cities you need a car and to driving and parking in the narrow streets you have to kbe not sressy and concentrated. Also good for your work out , there are many stairs up and down in the city.

Ragusa itself is a beautiful town and very walkable, I'd recommend three or four nights to do it justice. As a town it feels like tourism is an 'add-on' and therefore feels very genuine and Sicilian as are the restaurants all of which we thought were excellent. The only downside is the public transport, to go anywhere outside of Regusa we found to be quite a challenge as basically you have to rely on taxis, however maybe the transport issue is what has kept Regusa such a beautiful place so its not all bad!!!

Ragusa is an enchanting hill town in rural Sicily.
Ragusa is an enchanting hill town in rural Sicily. It is surrounded by steep gorges, with the town spreading up three steep linked hills. It's a fantastic place to spend a few hours exploring the narrow steep streets. We found some wonderful shops - intended for tourists, but good value. There were also fantastic eateries and the local people we interacted with all seemed charming and helpful. We ate dinner in La Bettola in Ragusa Ibla, which was delicious and great value.

Ragusa has two parts to it, the old and new.
Ragusa has two parts to it, the old and new. The old city is very beautiful and interesting to explore. The main street is fun with restaurants, shops and a park at the end with wonderful views of the valley and mountains beyond. We did not go up the hill to the new city however so we cannot characterize it.
We were in the main building (with reception desk). The location was great. Very close to the stairs up to Superiore, where you can see the town beautifully lit up by the sun as it sets. Also easy to tour Ragusa Ibla by foot. The best of both worlds! Rooms were spacious and clean with a nice hot shower. The beds were also very comfortable. most welcoming staff, especially the owner who gave us thorough directions on how to get around. You can drop your bags, and a free parking lot is a short 2 minute walk away.
Everything about this hotel was excellent. We were greeted on our arrival and guided through all information needed to maximise our short stay. We paid a little extra for staying in the one of the rooms with cathedral view and it was worth wile.
Hotel is in Ragusa Ibla and it is renovated old palazzo with contemporary twist with impeccable taste. Breakfast was just perfect with good selection to choose from. We would definitely stay here again if we visit Ragusa again.
Our 2nd floor (3rd in US) room had the modern, understated comfort of a boutique hotel. Loved the big towels and the housekeeping service half way through our 4 night stay. The location was very convenient, on a quiet side street...an easy walk from the train station and 7 minutes walk to the stone steps (best views!!! Have your camera/phone handy!) that will lead you to the heart of Ragusa Ibla. Host very welcoming, helpful and responsive. Recommended!
it was perfect! the room was clean, well presented, and the little balcony in our room was my favourite spot in Sicily so far! Peppe was the best host, arranging us to be collected from the car park, giving fabulous recommendations and being lovely to chat to over breakfast. Breakfast it’s self was delicious, with a fabulous selection of everything you could wish for.
if in Ragusa make sure you stay here! (or even if you’re not, make a trip to come!)
Host Vincenzo is outstanding, very helpful and clearly loves what he does. Our room for three was comfortable and well-furnished. The Hotel is perfectly located between the two different parts of Ragusa and Vincenzo gave us suggestions of what to see and how to get around the city. The breakfast was the best we've had while traveling around Italy -- fresh items prepared with care. An excellent experience!
Intervallo hotel is set in a beautiful spot with an incredible view and offers a very enjoyable stay. The design of the hotel, the rooms and the common area are wonderful. The staff was incredibly helpful, offering a wealth of knowledge about the local specifics and tips for a lovely stay at Ragusa. The breakfast was amazing and possibly the best we had while in Sicily.
We stayed in a lovely apartment in this fully restored family palazzo in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. We enjoyed learning the history of the place from Costanza, granddaughter of the original owner, and very capable and gracious hostess. The B&B is spacious and clean, with a perfect mix of the old and the new. A highlight was breakfast on the terrace.
This is the best place I've stayed in Sicily. The hosts picked me up at the bus and we're extremely friendly and helpful. The house is located right in the centre of the Ibla and is beautiful, fresh and comfortable. I could use the kitchen to cook and sit on the terrace in the sun.
Excellent location to explore Ragusa Ibla. Staff friendly and attentive. Comfortable rooms. Available free parking next to the hotel (although limited spots available, so not sure if you can secure one in high season). Very good breakfast with plenty of options.
The hotel is nice, very modern looking, friendly staff and good breakfast. The location is tricky - it is in Ragusa Nuova which is about 2km from Ragusa Ibla - the historic center. We had to drive and then walk another 10 minutes to get to the main road of Ibla.
The location is perfect, especially for a 1st visit to Ragusa. The view of Ibla is incredible. Gianni, the host, is very nice and attentive. Everything about the property is clean, efficient, and comfortable. It’s nearly perfect, especially for the price.
The best place that we've ever stayed in on Sicily by far!
Luxury standard fora very reasonable price. The check-in process was so smooth despite our last minute booking. The pool was a small piece of heaven on a very hot island.
Everything was perfect👍 great breakfast, nice room, clean bathroom. Situated between two old cities of Ragusa and Ragusa Ibla. Public parking just in front of hotel, only few places, but we found free place with no problem.
We loved this small, charming hotel in the heart of Ragusa Ibla. Katrina was so friendly and helpful.
We also liked that parking was available and there were great places for food and drink close by.
The location of the hotel is wonderful, about a 10 minute walk from beautiful Ragusa ibla. and conveniently located beside multiple parking lots which make arriving very easy.
The breakfast was excellent, far better than we had come to expect from our travels round Sicily.
Wonderful views over Ragusa Ibla from a lovely terrace.
