We had breakfast in the garden and that was very pleasant. The restaurant was great for lunch and dinner and felt like dining with family. Very special experience in a villa that has been in the family for a couple of centuries! Great surrounding gardens to walk with our dog and enjoy!

There isn't a huge amount going on in the town itself but it is very well placed for Pisa and Lucca - both by road and rail. Very peaceful and great rural atmosphere.
It is very attractive at the foot of the mountains. Not much in the way of restaurants and shops within walking distance of the station.

A quiet place on the outskirts of Pisa.
A quiet place on the outskirts of Pisa. The Hotel Bagni DiPisa lived up to its reputation as one of the leading hotels of the world. Facilities were amazing. Close to the train station or can also use cabs but their might be a small wait. Great place to stay for a special treat for you and your partner!

Awesome! Exceptional! The property owners are really nice and helpful. The apartment is modern and large: two bedrooms with two bathrooms, large kitchen/living, hallway, a/c in living and both bedrooms, use of sauna, pool with sunbeds and garden. Everything spotlessly clean and parking inside property literally at the front door of apartment. Very very good value for money. Will definitely revisit. Location cannot be better: 5 mins drive from Pisa and Lucca. Highly recommended.
The property is a whole house, big enough for a family. It is a historical structure, with beautiful preserved frescos in the interior. The house was clean and with all the necessary equipment that made the stay comfortobal. Easy and quick access to Pisa and Lucca via train which goes every 30 mins (station is in 7 mins walking distance only) which makes it a perfect spot for moving around Tuscany. The host is very easy to contact and very helpful.
The room was well beyond our expectations, The owner spoke almost perfect English. When we first got there, he made reservations for us at a local restaurant that had excellent food and a friendly staff. Although it was away from the main cities, all attractions were within an ease drive (Pisa less than 10 minutes, the coastal parks less than 20 minutes). The traditional Italian breakfast was more than enough for us.
The house is a beautiful traditional Villa of Tuscany, made before industrialization. So the architecture inside is gorgeous and unique. It is situated actually in front of a small watercourse that were used before as the route to go to the center of Pisa.
If you go with your pet, as we did, you will have a huge garden were he can play.
But the best part was the kindness and disponibility of Lucca, the owner.
It was nice but if you have a lot of luggage it’s not so easy, there is no elevator. And the bed is not that comfortable really firm. The breakfast was nice. The hotel is located in really a really elevated position. And if you traveling with small kids you need to watch them at all time because of the elevation so they don’t fall down some where.
The hostess is very nice and helpful!

continental breakfast with fresh and warm pastries, but the bread is frozen, you should toast it. i think in italy you should have fresh italian bread also. nice cutlery and plates.. the whole building is like a millionair´s home from the 80´s 90´s... the lamps, the furniture, library...
Very friendly staff, very clear instructions and private. They were also accommodating to our needs and our late arrival. Excellent and clean facilities. Would definitely return there if I need to be back in Pisa.

We've been looking forward to getting back to the Villa since our first stay in 2019. It was great to see the Villa again as you come through the gates. It's still as comfortable as before and still the perfect spot to base for Lucca and Pisa.
The place offers an incredible view over the plain showing on one side Pisa and the other, Lucca. The swimming pool was great and the restaurant was impressive. Special mention to the staff: Silvia and the others were so helpful and kind.
Breakfast was good considering it’s a B&B and not a hotel.
We were a little bit (half an hour) early for check-in, but it wasn’t a problem.
Beautiful property. An unexpected gem considering the location.
The house is amazing and it was superclean. Nice garden to sit. Private parking.
If you face the house to the front, then go 20 meter to the right (on a parking), you will find the best pizzeria of Italy.
Everything was perfect!!
Building is a little bit old but inside interior and spa was very ellegant. Staff was kind and dinner in the terrace was really nice. I already miss Bagni Di Pisa.
Quiet environment, nice host. Good location, Pisa is only 5 km. It is perfectly suitable for relaxation, but it is also optimal as a starting point for excursions.
An almost perfect stay for anyone seeking a peaceful night of sleep near Pisa.
Beautiful house with lovely spacious rooms and common areas. Wonderful hosts.
