Amazing Tuscany view from the room and common areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciate Denise for her recommendations, she is a lovely person. Beautiful and very spacious room. Breakfast was also amazing with carefully selected meat, cheese,a big variety of croissants, etc . I do not understand why people complain that gardens where the family stays are closed, especially if you can still see those with a booked tour. Although the pictures are accurate the place is even more beautiful when you see it in person.

Location is perfect next to Maria S N Train Station. They offered us goodbye gift and the reception team help with reservation of a special dinner in very nice restaurant. Moreover, I requested a room with view and they fulfill that. Most of their rooms in the 5th floor seems to have good view as well as 4th &3rd.

Excellent location, it was an easy walk to the places we wanted to visit in Florence. Great restaurants, gelaterias, places of interest, train station.
