This is a comfortable little flat in the town of Montepulciano Stazione, which btw is different to the town of Montepulciano. (Check Google Maps before you go.) It has everything you need for a pleasant stay. It's also slightly below street level, which means it's a bit cooler than most buildings during the hot summer months.
Although the host can't speak English, if you have questions which she can't answer she will put you directly in touch with other English-speaking family members, and they will answer your questions over the phone.
In an area which is quite overpriced in general, this place offers good value for money.
It's also quite nearby some beauty spots like Castiglione del Lago, which is definitely worth a visit.
If you stay here, just be sure that you understand how the front door closes, so you don't lock yourself out. It has an unusual system which takes a bit of getting used to. But once you've got it, it's no problem.

Easy to find. Fast check in. Free Parking at the hotel. Good clean room and short lovely drive to Montepulciano. The hotel is totally managed by a lovely welcoming family. Mateo,the son, is the chef. The food is so good we had all our meals at the hotel.
