The location is perfect if you're looking for a base to.explore Tuscany. Town Buggiano is settled between Pisa and Florence. Town Lucca is a 20 minute drive away. Famous village San Gimignano is a little bit over an hour away. Town Livorno and "white beach" are around an hour away.Everything in the apartment is clean and new. TV and WiFi function properly. The car can be parked on the property behind closed gates, regardless of the size of a car. Supermarket COOP is in walking distance from the apartment. The kitchen is new and has everything we needed. I enjoyed my coffee on the terrace, next to the living room.
The owner is a very pleasant guy. It was a very peaceful experience. If we get another opportunity to visit Tuscany, we won't be looking for anything else.

Beautiful B&B in a beautiful setting with olive fields and citrus trees on the property. Possible to go on hikes directly from the property. Very friendly staff. Big nice rooms with all amenities needed.

Exactly what I imagined Tuscany to be... beautiful scenery, ancient architecture, picturesque old villages and friendly people. You will need a car to get around and the hillside roads can be a bit hair raising but it all adds to the atmosphere. It’s a great place to base yourself for day trips to Lucca, Pisa and Florence but also perfect for quiet days by the pool.
