Good sized small town. So much to see and do. We stayed 4 nights and used it as a base for day trips to Capri, Positano, Amalfi and Pompeii. The transportation is pretty good. Buses run to Positano and Amalfi but are usually standing room. The subway can be used to get to Naples/Pompeii and is pretty cheap around 4 Euros. The ferry to Capri is usually standing room also. All the characteristics needed for a summer vacation can be found there it is clean beautiful streets and suitable transport. it is clean and gives the opportunity from there to go anywhere you like - Capri, Positano, Amalfi.

However, in some areas are very crowded so it’s not convenient to get through a narrow street with crowded tourists. For public transport: bus, train, and ferry are always long queues and long wait for tourists to travel from Sorrento to Positano or Amalfi.PairinAustralia

The views from our balcony were incredible. The room has air conditioning and is very comfortable. As Francesco and Anna will tell you, 95% of what you eat while on the farm, is made ON the farm. And it is VERY GOOD. We enjoyed wine and antipasto on a couple of nights, and it was very very good. Anna was a WONDERFUL hostess:)The nicest pizza I've ever had....
