Quiet and natural ambient. Jakuzzi was outside and it was really good.

Great location in San Miniato, just off the square. Terrific room overlooking the street, and handy places to eat within 1-2 blocks.

San Miniato is a small town divided in two parts, low and high. San Miniato Basso (low) houses commercial areas, large supermarkets etc. The high city is the old town with a lot of history to be discovered.

We went to San Miniato for part of the annual truffle festival (last 3 weekends in November) and we weren't disappointed! The whole town smelled delicious - the food market sprawls throughout the old town and is full of wonderful, interesting ingredients and food experiences. San Miniato itself is a lovely old hilltop town rich in heritage, and very picturesque. There are some lovely activities available in the local area - we were able to go truffle hunting with a local family and their gorgeous dog. The Tuscan countryside in autumn was spectacular. Definitely recommend having a car - the streets of the town are very narrow and winding, so just a small one maybe - but the area begs to be explored and it's not as easy if you are relying on public transport. San Miniato is within very easy striking distance of Pisa airport, and Florence. Will certainly be going back!

Great little hidden gem!
Great little hidden gem! The food is amazing, best I had in Italy! Visit the local butcher shop for lunch called Serigo Falaschi 4 generations strong all organic meat! you’ll have experience to remember, tell them Chef Mahogany sent ya. There is small bus service but it’s limited to keep in mind, and be ready to walk a lot, but it’s very small town, maybe 10 blocks in total! Don’t be fooled into booking with Airbnb, get hotel it’s worth it, and there are a lot issues with insects, so I recommend a place with A/C and keeping windows closed. Try Plazza de Populo in the square best restaurant in town for dinner! Ciao!

San Miniato is a very small Tuscan town it is very typically Italian however compared to others in the area like Sienna or Lucca it is not as large or interesting. This is the heart of truffle country and I am led to believe there is a festival in November which I am sure would be worth a visit. The surrounding countryside is beautiful for walkers, cyclists etc. We stayed in a villa on the outskirts of the town which was very peaceful and quiet and served as a base for exploring the area.

San Miniato is a lovely hill town with with good access from FI-PI-LI motorway. It is quiet, not crowded with tourists, still good possibilities to eat and drink well. Must see are the tower on top of the hill, the cathedral, palaces and old town streets.
We liked the space of the house, spacious kitchen and bedroom, the bathroom was tight and there was little cupboard space for your belongings in the bathroom. Large fridge with freezer was nice. Our boiler broke down, the owner solved this well and quickly, we were able to shower in his private home. It is a nice place for a short week to explore the area. The village of San Miniato is nice and definitely recommended to eat a pizza at PizzAnticA, Via Augusto Conti, 19, San Miniato, Italy, 56028
We loved everything about La Mansarda. Honestly the neatest, cleanest, most organized rental I've ever stayed in. Everything was spotless and well thought out. The tiny terrace is adorable and perfect for coffee or a drink. The views are spectacular. San Miniato is a beautiful town and the white truffle festival was a great fun.
After checking out we had car trouble, and Filippo (the host) and his mother went above and beyond to get us back on the road. Incredible hosts and a wonderful stay.
It was just perfect, at least for us. The apartment is large, bright, with a good repair, and looks gorgeous. You will have everything you need for your stay, including a fully equipped kitchen, cutlery, washing machine, heating and air conditioning. The location is great too, it's in the center of the old town, but there is a large parking lot nearby, a grocery store, restaurants and a pharmacy. If you want to go to other parts of the city, the bus stop is 5-7 minutes walk from the apartment.
The hotel is located on a property that seems to be a family home that has been converted into multiple individual rooms. It's very charming, and the property grounds encourage socializing with other hotel guests. They also have a restaurant on premises that serves breakfast in the morning. Dinner was delicious. There is trails nearby that allow you to walk around.
The apartment is impeccable clean and very coziness. Every comfort was thoughtfully provided, and the stylish decor added a touch of sophistication. The host's hospitality was truly outstanding, making the stay a fantastic experience overall. Highly recommend for those seeking a comfortable and stylish retreat in San Miniato.
super clean and comfortable place! I travel to San Miniato with work very often and I can say this was one of the cleanest and comfortable flats, perfect location basically in the heart of old town, easy access and amazing view. The host was really helpful and replies promptly. will definitely come again!
The breakfast was fantastic with a great deal of delicious home-cooked cakes, and pastries. Lots to choose from and a great start to the day.
We loved the location. We went to San Miniato mostly for evening meals, which is an amazing place. But there are many Tuscan towns and villages nearby to visit.
The host, Elena, was amazing - friendly and helpful but not intrusive. Cottage is beautifully renovated. Spacious room and bathroom, comfortable bed, quiet air con, strong shower, and little balcony with views to die for! 5 minute walk from historic and character-filled San Miniato.
Pablo great a great host! Makes u feel at home immediately.. the terrace is awesome the view breathtaking. Loved breakfast looking at the valley.. rooms are old style.. but comfortable!! I’ll be back. Parking close very close perfect! Rare thing in San Miniato..
Cozy and comfortable room in the center of San Miniato town, ideal to be shared in group of 4. Set with kitchen if you want to cook at home. San Miniato is very nice village and it’s good if next stop is either Florence or south to Siena, Montepulciano, etc…
Wow, what a find! Fantastic location in the middle of a medieval town, next to the church, on top of a hill. Great staff. The hotel is not new, but we actually liked it that way, added to the rustic charm.
Even the sofa bed was very comfortable.
Very friendly, delicious breakfast, incredible view and extremely helpful. Aida was an amazing host who went the extra mile in every way. She walked us through San Miniato and shared a bit of her own story. It was like visiting a friend.
Was an amazing Expirience the Host were super nice and friendly.
Lori was lovely and provided one of the best breakfests i had in an hotel.
Also a big plus for the terrace.

Would definetly come back again.
Spacious rooms with a medieval twist. It was clean and the breakfast was ok. The hotel was very helpful with instruction how to reach the free parking site, next to the hotel.
Lovely hotel in the centre of town. Very stylish and comfortable room, nice bathroom with good shower. Great location and really good communication from the owner/staff
