Amazing Tuscany view from the room and common areas. Very friendly and helpful staff. We really appreciate Denise for her recommendations, she is a lovely person. Beautiful and very spacious room. Breakfast was also amazing with carefully selected meat, cheese,a big variety of croissants, etc . I do not understand why people complain that gardens where the family stays are closed, especially if you can still see those with a booked tour. Although the pictures are accurate the place is even more beautiful when you see it in person.

The hotel is very convenient to the train station, making it the perfect choice for day tripping around Tuscany. It is in walking distance to many of the attractions in Florence. The room is a good size and the beds are comfortable. The bathroom is large and clean. I would recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a home base in Florence.

The room was not too small (great for one person), bed was small but very comfortable. Breakfast was excellent, location to everything and laundry was perfect and the main desk was very good.

I find it hard to beat the value that Hotel Spadai offers. Incredible location, yet still tucked away in a spot where it never felt noisy. Very updated hotel that felt very clean and modern. Tremendous service and we really enjoyed the breakfast and bar.
