Air condition did not function, this was the second time we stayed at this hotel that happened. We opened the window all night unfortunately this were loud people drinking in the pool area two floors below until midnight. This the evening of April 30. We plan to stay twice more this year in October.

Great location right across from the train terminal. We were coming in from Rome by train, and it was just a quick walk across the street to check in. Since we arrived early, our room wasn't ready yet, but they let us store our luggage and come back later for check-in. Upon arrival, we were given a voucher for two complimentary drinks at the hotel bar, a lovely touch. The room was comfortable, clean, spacious, and had a balcony. The bar staff were very attentive; even the lady serving us gave us recommendations on where to eat and things to do that only a local would know. At the front desk, the service was impeccable. We needed an adapter to charge our phones, and even though they didn't have one, they gave us clear directions on where to get one. They even let us leave our luggage until later in the afternoon after we checked out. Overall, a fantastic experience.
