The staff made me feel safe even though I checked in at 1 am and out at 6 am. Very friendly and helpful and patient with my imperfect Spanish (English was non existent). We figured it out! They helped me get a taxi back to the airport and made an excellent coffee for the road. Overall really grateful to this hotel as a safe friendly place during some travel gone wrong.

This wasn't the hotel I was expecting but it turned into a nice visit when we found the beautiful old monastery there, and walked around the town a bit. Room was clean and comfortable, staff friendly, no English spoken. We flew into Puebla at 10 pm and decided to stay close to airport for a night before picking up our rental car and driving into Puebla.

We liked everything. Really nice breakfast, very cordial and helpful staff. Super clean property through and through. Bit far out from the Puebla centre but it’s reachable by car/ uber easily. Also has a premium outlet mall right opposite to the hotel. We loved it.
