The location of the property right outside the town wall was perfect. There is a direct entrance into the town right up the street from the hotel. The room was large enough to feel comfortable with a small balcony with a view of the town above it. The addition of a coffee machine and tea kettle in the room was also appreciated. It was a very nice stay at a lovely property.

Property was wonderful. Clean rooms. Great customer service. Fabulous breakfast! A bit difficult to find the first time but I’d stay again in a heartbeat. I’d even go as far to say I’d look at other properties by unlock hotels. We were pleased!

This hotel at the castle is amazing! The location of the room is perfect! We felt like we were in the renaissance days! The restaurant upstairs had a great dinner menu, and breakfast had a lot of selections! Great customer service!

Food and their dining room was exceptional. We had 2 salads and 1 was best spring salad I have ever eaten...ever and I am no spring chicken.

The hotel was in a perfect location to explore obidos. We wondered the town and ate at great restaurants. Our room was fine--we were able to get a heater to help with the chill In the air. There was a nice sitting area downstairs where we relaxed and watched Netflix. Internet worked well.
