    The town was a nice quiet place outside of the hustle of the Algarve region, in particular Faro. We stayed there after arriving to get away from the crowds and just have a nice quiet evening in a small town where we could go for dinner, have a safe walk and just relax after a long flight. Area was clean, safe, and everyone was friendly.

    Very nice and cozy place in a quite countryside (we all slept like babies during our stay), yet it's just a quick 10 minute car ride in any direction from all the best things Algarve has to offer (there were so many options for day and night activities even in January). It seems that the house was just renovated, nothing looks warn down. Has plenty of room inside the house, out in the yard, or around the pool for 6 people. Great and friendly host with a constant smile on his face! We would definitely return in the summer.

    We liked the nicely renovated old charme of the house itself. The equipment suited our demands perfectly. The host was very welcoming and communicated well. As it was Sunday and New Year’s Eve with shops to be closed some delicious treats awaited us, including bread, butter, beer, wine and pastries. We did really appreciate this surprise. Boliqueime makes a great base to reach the central Algarve’s natural beauty’s including the backcountry. Also supermarkets and cafes are found within walking distance.

    The Boliqueime House is a quite location away from tourist busy spots but only few minutes to get there by car. The kitchen is spacious, well equipped with gas oven making preparing meals easy-peasy. Bathroom and bedrooms are up to standards. Swimming pool was great experience especially for my young lad :) I was positively surprised to see maintenance guy around the property to keep swimming pool and surroundings clean. Host is super friendly and was able to assist us when we needed.

    Rear terrace is spacious, well furnished, nice outlook. Decent kitchen, great shower, easy off road parking. Plenty of supermarkets, bars and restaurants in walking distance. Vilamoura about 5 minutes drive
