location, location, location
The hotel was very nice, clean and comfortable. We had an issue with our payment but the staff did their best to accommodate us, and did a great job.
the break fast time was not organized in a good way
Wonderful breakfast and comfortable rooms. Enjoy the two room set up.
Could have used an extra half hour of breakfast due to large crowds
Air conditioning worked great. Whole hotel and room was very comfortable inside.
Bar closed too early. Elevators could have been quicker. Mezzanine lounge areas could have been expanded to include more sofas / chairs so that meetings & conversations maximized.
Generally pretty good. The location is great. Standard Embassy Suites fittings. It appears to be a few years since the last reno. The washrooms in particular are a bit dated, but certainly serviceable.
Price of parking. $59!!
We were allowed to check in at noon and not have to wait until 4 which was great. Rooms were good size. Breakfast was great and plentiful but they warn you very crowded from 8-9:30. Very centrally located to everything. Restaurant in hotel was great and stayed open late. Metro was a block away and convenient as well as the trolley.
Further from Navy Pier then I realized(about 20 minute walk with teenagers) there is actually another ES that is closer to the Pier.
The room was very comfortable including the pull out sofa. Breakfast was also very good. The staff members we had contact with 2 out of 4 were very helpful.
Room could have been cleaner. I had to clean the windows because there were hand prints and face prints all over both sets of windows and the view was pretty important to us! Also cheerios and dirt behind the pull out!
The hotel is very nice. Location is brilliant.
Using booking.com put me in a very small room. The homepage of the hotel stated that ALL guests get a 2 room suite, but by using booking.com I paid FULL PRICE but was put in a very small room. Very disappointing. I will NEVER use booking.com again
The staff was always helpful and nice. The room was spacious and clean. The king size bed was extremely comfortable and the suite was perfect for our teen boys. I especially loved the full breakfast and made to order omelets. The lines moved quickly. The free drinks for 2 hours were also a favorite for my husband and I. It made for a great experience visiting Chicago. We had no trouble walking to sights and restaurants. I would go again.
The fee for wifi was per device. I would have preferred free wifi or one flat fee for all my devices.
breakfast, location of hotel, room, layout, shower head.
room was cleaned late in the day, phone did not work, pillows too soft, head of the bed was lower than the foot of the bed, no free wi-fi.
Evening reception and breakfast keep us coming back nearly every trip to Chicago! Central location is very nice.
Breakfast area gets a bit congested.
This hotel was a great place to stay. It was conveniently located within walking distance to downtown attractions or close to mass transit or shuttles. The room was comfortable with a great city view. We also enjoyed the complimentary daily breakfast and free happy hour drinks.
Great breakfast. Nice rooms and great location.
Thin walls. Could hear people talk and toilets flush in other rooms. Noise in bedroom from parking garage and alley next door late at night and early morning. And in the living room, noise from hallway.
Room fit our needs perfectly for space with an added crib for 2 year old. Staff was very accommodating and was able to check in early as well which help immensely in planning our day.
It was very close to the subway which worked out perfectly.
The bar was always full and the only way I could get a drink was to stand off to the side for 30min till I got a bartenders attention.
Everything we liked, the room was lovely and big. The breakfast was yummy and the man making the eggs very friendly and helpful and good looking!
Several of the elevators weren't working. We had to wait 20 minutes for an elevator to go from the 10 th floorcti the lobby. We barely made it to the wedding on time.
The staff were so helpfull. Close location to all u need to see amazing breakfast. Good room rate
A lot of bang for your buck. Very spacious rooms and hotel. Fab facilities. Will definitely return.
It was a great deal for a family of 4-6 and it was great to have the breakfast buffet. The location was great as well and we enjoyed being downtown.
The pool is only 4ft deep, they were doing construction on the tile flooring in lobby and it started around 630am at least, only 3 of the 4 elevators were working and one day only 2 were, staff was rude, we asked for some silverware to our room and it never came.
We stayed three nights and sheets were not changed and the last night the bed was not made very well.
Quick response from housekeeping with replacing missing linen Morning buffet was awesome.
Room view was of the hotel's parking garage. Very limited assistance from concierge service; had to know what city service you were looking to find. Pulling into the parking garage was confusing.
That it was connected to Osteria Via Stata
Ugly decor. Dark rooms. Staff not cooperative. Over priced for what you got.
The hotel decor was great. Front desk was extremely helpful. Location was excellent!!! Managers reception and cooked to order breakfast were nice perks.
Price of the parking.
